I have purchased multiple vehicles here in the past, and my experiences continue to be very positive. Going from a work from home job to having to drive to an office put a change on my vehicle needs so I went in to explore if getting into an EV Silverado was feasible (from a 2500 I also got there). I worked with Joe Wolfer, whom I've worked with in the past and very closely with the new GM Ben, and the Managing Partner/Owner Bobbie Stevens. I can't speak highly enough of all of them; they made sure I got into what I wanted to, in my budget and provided yet another excellent buying experience. The staff here is very easy to talk to, not pushy at all, and genuinely want to make the experience as great as they can for their customers. I have also had great experiences with their parts and service department (kudos to Josh and Devin!). I'd recommend Chevrolet of Middletown (formerly Key Chevrolet) to anyone looking for a new vehicle and ask for Joe! On that note, I'd also highly recommend the Silverado EV; this truck is a beast; super comfortable, quiet ride, fast and fun to drive and all while able to do "pickup" things!

He asked me what I Wanted in an F150 and I told him my requirements. Luck would have it the truck was on the lot. John is friendly, Courteous, knowledgeable and professional and never once tried to push me into purchasing something I didn’t want . Manchester Mazda is a 1st class, well run and managed dealership. The facility is new, modern and welcoming. While you wait for service or shop they have a cute coffee & snack setup. Their sales folks now also do the financing so you don't have to go to the "corner office" to fight with the Finance Mgr over add-ons any longer! friendly, efficient and professional id how I'd describe the culture here. As a PA buyer purchasing from CT, I was initially hesitant about buying out of state, but after researching the dealership’s great reputation, I decided to move forward. Jerry DeJesus was absolutely amazing! Professional, kind, and truly focused on customer satisfaction. We had some normal negotiation, and they offered me a very competitive trade-in value. Within two days, I was driving home in the car I’d been looking for, and everything was exactly as promised. The whole process was smooth, honest, and stress-free. Bobby the GM and Kyle in finance were also great to work with. I’m so happy with my car and the overall experience - definitely one of the easiest, most pleasant car purchases I’ve ever made!

Sales team was very accommodating and easy to work with. They allowed me to take the vehicle for 3rd party inspection. Finance team was also very friendly and easy to work with. They were able to meet the rate that my local bank was offering. This allowed me to do financing on the spot. I had a lot of questions about buying out of state and the team took care of it all for me. Temporary plates and registration. Submitted my old plates in my home state and shipped me my new plates along with my states registration. This allowed me to drive away in the vehicle that day instead of days or weeks later. Great service!

Lack of Communication and Customer Service – NOT @ Blasius GMC After having a bad experience at a local used car dealership, I was kind of skeptical about going to another used car dealership. However, following an online search, I discovered Blasius GMC had the Mercedes E300 I was searching for. Mr. Gene Footman, reached out to me that Friday morning to set up a test drive the following day. Gene exemplified what customer service in yesteryears used to be; Gene was not pressured to make the sale, he communicated effectively and was transparent throughout the entire process. I commend Gene on his attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills, which are rare today. Now unto Mr. Chris Prevosk, a veteran business manager. Chris was great, finding me the best financing deal selling me the extended services I needed, and not overcomplicating the process. Chris’s comical sense of humor and meticulous attention to detail made the transaction effortless and seamless. After 1 week, my wife and I are extremely happy with our purchase and hope to do business again at GMC Blasius. Communication and customer service are not dead, especially at Blasius GMC.
