Took in the 2011 Fiesta because the car wouldn't go into - CHBLOW

Took in the 2011 Fiesta because the car wouldn't go into reverse. My assumption was we were looking at replacing the TCM module. It would seem, so far, that downloading a firmware upgrade corrected the problem. A welcomed outcome! Fingers crossed! 🤞

I was satisfied with the oil change and tire rotation - lev3

I was satisfied with the oil change and tire rotation service. When a service department person approached me with results of the battery inspection, he quoted me a price of $432 to replace it. I don't believe that the price quoted included labor or tax. My wife and I purchased our used Highlander last year because we believed that Toyotas were inexpensive to own and maintain; If that's what it costs to replace a battery, then it is cause for concern.

I was very nervous regarding who our salesperson would be - Shawn

I was very nervous regarding who our salesperson would be when my wife and I decided to go with Executive Nissan. Mostly because of past experiences and my prejudgment that car sales people are just actors with the agenda to sell you a car. Well, Tayla proved me wrong! When she approached us, there was an instant connect without pressure. We told her what we were interested in, our budget, and she said whatever we wanted to do, to let her know. Within 5 minutes we were test driving our first car and she offered knowledge, a great personable character and a sense of humor to lighten the nervousness. In conclusion, my wife and I bought a 2023 Nissan Rogue SV, and have nothing but amazing things to say about of experience with Tayla and others who also did not hesitate to assist when needed. Overall, great car buying experience, phenomenal salesperson, and just a comfortable process at executive Nissan. I would recommend them to anyone thinking about purchasing a new vehicle. They just acquired customer for life! Thanks Tayla and team.

Lia VW service Devan Petit was exceptional in - Keith Mse

Lia VW service Devan Petit was exceptional in facilitating the 35k mi service and engine cover recall on my 2024 Atlas. He was a warm friendly beautiful smile despite the early appt and freezing temps. Devans thorough precise and knowledgeable communication throughout the appointment was wonderful. He remembered my past appointment particulars and was forward thinking in additional items that could be done to compliment yet not duplicate later work that was needed. He facilitated additional part orders for items not in stock and kept in communication with me upon their arrival and installed them personally. He is kind and personable and thoroughly enjoyable and puts this introvert at ease. Thank you! Keith MSE

Overall it is a good dealership. - WASJUSTIS24

Overall it is a good dealership. Their sales people are friendly and respectful without being pushy. However I did not like that after the sale I had emailed and or called a couple of times and either I did not get a call or an email back or it took a lot longer to get a response. As far as the repairs I would say that they need to let people know what they need in terms of recommendations so that we can make the decision right then and there when our vehicle is being serviced.
