I was transferred to James Palmer who was warm and friendly on the phone and even more so in person. James is professional, knowledgeable and patient and he made what is never a fun process as painless as possible. I also want to thank Melissa for her help in showing me how to set up and use the Lexus Connect technology. She is a rock star! All of the employees at the 19 Railroad Ave location were friendly and willing to chat during the long process of purchasing and taking delivery of the car. Awesome! My Tellurides sun roof wouldn’t close. Rain was expected that night. They were able to get my car in that day and diagnosis the problem and will be ordering the part. Angel was very profession al, knowledgeable and polite. He kept me up dated on what they were doing to my car and how much longer it would be. It didn’t take long at all. I’m so thankful they were able to get me in before the rain!
