We've had our 2023 CRV serviced here, always perfectly handled by advisor Nick Grignon. Nick is really knowledgeable on the Honda line and that makes us feel comfortable. The Service Department is well organized and a friendly group! Today was our last service for the 2023, again smoothly handled by Nick, because we were also taking delivery of a new 2025 CRV. Alex Bowers in Sales introduced us to the exact car we wanted and moved us through the process clearly and quickly. Bought my G4 almost yr ago. Amazingly i have 15k miles on it. All i have done is pit gas in and two oilchanges which have been complimentary. I must have owned 30 cars in my lifetime, including some expensive ones 911s, and i can't say this is 'the best' lol, but IT IS the best considering price. Incredible fun to drive, does 70+ hwy easily, Doesn't use gas, or so seems. I like it so much i've decked out interior w seat covers Miami Dolphin colors. Just great car. The buying experience was great, but the service experience even better. On the highway in freak occurrence one of my grill panels was pulled outby piece of truck tire. Replaced total cost like 50 bucks. No charge installation. Incredible. Who does that? They got me in/out in 15 mins. Another dealer would have taken advantage of situation. Kudos for honesty and integrity. They have a client for sure now. Shout out to partd dept i think Rafael, Danny the front desk i think who 5star all way. You honestly don't find that kind of service anymore. Thank you!!!

This was a great experience. I drove from Tampa on a whim. The car was at the top of my range for me and I went there with very little expectation. The truck was perfect. Everyone there really did everything in their power to get this car closer to a reality. We ran into multiple hurdles but the team kept pushing through. My 2023 Nissan Frontier buying experience was such a pleasure and I felt like I was working with family. There were even fresh cookies baking and they were delicious! I dread car buying and I couldn’t have been happier with how this all went. It was around an hour drive for me that I would gladly make again. Thank you

I purchased a 2026 Chevrolet Equinox LT FWD with 1.5 liter engine, lane keeping assistance, navigation, adaptive cruise control, front bucket seats, emergency/automatic braking, cross traffic alert, CVT & a lot of other modern features from Castriota Chevrolet of Hudson, FL. I have purchased over 15 new cars/trucks/SUVs in the last 60 years (yeah I’m old) and feel this experience was the best because of their friendly professional staff, huge selection, and competitive pricing. I began my search by looking for the model I wanted locally online and comparing pricing. After I visited a couple of dealerships I found two Equinoxes that I liked and I requested an out-the-door (OTD) quote from several of these dealers. I settled on Castriota Chevrolet based on their selection and pricing. They are a large volume family-owned dealership so they offer better pricing than their corporate competitors. From this and past experiences I find it’s better to shop at a family-owned dealership vs. the corporate ones that refuse to negotiate. My first interaction was with Kenny Enox, my salesman to request an OTD quote. His sales manager, Terry Bedard provided the OTD quote as requested within a couple hours. Since it was the best offer that I received, I decided to buy it from them. When I showed up I received the exact vehicle & exact price that I was quoted by Terry. No tricks. Also, they gave me the best price for my trade in. Kenny provided me with a test drive, helped with the initial paperwork, & provided a thorough introduction to my new Equinox with a lot of modern features. Kenny took about a two hours to introduce my wife & I to all the features, especially syncing the phone. Kenny walking us thru all the electronics. Joe from their business office prepared and finalized all the paperwork and discussed the additional extended warranties available. No high pressure, arm twisting like I’ve experienced at other dealers. Castriota Chevrolet of Hudson has been selling Chevrolets since 1979 and based on my current and past experiences with them I can see why they have an outstanding reputation of providing a friendly, honest sales buying experience. No pressure. No old school tricks. No gimmicks. No foolish “market” adjustments. This is probably the last vehicle that I will buy since I’m 87, but I will buy another vehicle from them again if I need to. Thank you Kenny, Terry, Joe & Alex Castriota for a great sales experience.
