I had an accident and had to purchase a new vehicle. I worked with John Mazurkiewici for a few hours looking at available vehicles and test driving different models. John listened to all of my boundaries, he worked very hard to show me every option possible including taking me to the other store in Wesley Chapel. I felt comfortable being able to make a decision the next day by phone and purchased a certified preowned 2023 Nautilus completing all of the paperwork and financial transfer over the phone. The pick up was a breeze, they even returned to my Enterprise rental for me saving me another trip. I can't say enough about John and Parks Lincoln Tampa. The customer service there is incredible, and I look forward to a long relationship with them now that I have moved permanently to Florida.

From the first conversation over the phone John was a great help sending me pictures and documentation with no hassles. the car was exactly what they described at a fair price and easy of paperwork made this a great experience buying a great car. This is a great place to buy the car you have always wanted along with great service and a awesome deal. Mark did a great job. We discussed the vehicle over the phone, he sent pictures and preliminary purchase numbers on the vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership the vehicle was ready and the paperwork took only about an hour. Mark demonstrated all the features and ensured I understood, he is very knowledgeable of the vehicle especially the Audi MMI system. The experience was one of the best I have ever had purchasing a vehicle.
