I purchased a brand new 2016 Honda Civic with not so excellent credit with the help of the sales team at Butler Honda in M'ville. They worked diligently to hook me up with a bank and I was able to get the car solely in my name!!!! My check engine light came on yesterday so naturally I wanted to find out what the general issue was. I called to ask for a code read but was continuously pushed towards the $65 diagnostic that takes time vs the free read that's pretty much instant. Finally, the rep "allowed" me to come on in for a free code read. I get there within the time frame he suggested only to have him tell me that the "one" code reader they have for the entire service center was left in the car of one of his co-workers wife's car. I used Tru-car to help with my search. Within minutes Mr. Allan Baer called and offered to help me with the purchase of a new Honda CR-V. There was no pressure, but a sincere offer to help when I decided what vehicle I wanted. I called Allan the next day and we set up a time for a test drive. Allan met me at my car when I pulled up to the dealership.
We talked and then he had someone to appraise my old vehicle. We went for a test drive. He actually let me drive a distance that helped me know how the car handled. I have had dealers drive the car and talk to me while they drove, or they only let me drive a mile or two.
When I decided to buy, Allan introduced me to Monty who did the initial paperwork. Michael ended the transaction with the signing of the contract. Since we are from a military family we got a discount for the service of my spouse.
Allan then went with me to the car and showed me how to work all the electronics that the car has. He also offered to help if I have questions later on.
I was pleased with my experience. I would recommend Gerald Jones Honda as a place to purchase a car.

My husband was taken advantage of and when they said that they were going to rectify the contract they waited until they got their money from the bank and then called us to say they would not rectify the problem even though the sales man admitted there was an issue. Next stop....better business bureau. They are happy and friendly until they get what they want at anyone's expense. Bad salesmanship..but like the financial manager said...the dealers gotta make money some where...tok bad it was at me and my husbands expense.

I was on my way out of town when my oil change light came on stating I had 15 0/0 oil life left so I didn’t want to risk it going to New Jersey and back. I googled it on my phone got off at the exit and went straight to Shottenkirk HONDA.I am impressed with Shottenkirk HONDA a young man by the name of Spencer greeted me as I was getting out of my vehicle. Spencer was very nice and personable.. The oil change was performed and I had a filter that was dirty replaced and I was on my way in less than an hour. I’ve been taken my 2014 Honda Accord to Ed Voyles ever since I relocated to Georgia in 2015.Sorry Ed Voyles I won’t be coming back prices are cheaper at Shottenkirk and they don’t keep you car hostage for hours. Purchased a bran new 2018 honda CRV the end of May, and agreed to have the "xzilon" spray applied for $699...Christopher talked it up to me and made it sound like a great add on since i have 2 young kids. The outside looks JUST OK and that's with my car being garage kept and washed every 2 days. And the inside...i notice NOTHING special, NOTHING. Still the same difficulty to clean milk off the side panels if my son throws his bottle, sure doesn't wipe off like magic like i was told. My biggest issue with this is my steering wheel looks horrible. The trim should be extremely glossy like the other black trip around my shifter but it looks dirty and will not come off. Ive calles and spoke to the sales man (Christopher) a few times in the past 3 weeks, he referred me to the actual company that makes the product as if it's not there issue to fix, they assured me Pye Honda is who would have to fix this since they sold me that actual service. Nothing has yet to be done on a small problem that wouldn't take long at all to fix, they would rather ignore the phone messages and keep thw run around going. If I'm going to be stuck with this vehicle for a few years until its paid off, i should be 100% happy with a brand new car!

After texting with the salesman Richard and being very specific about what I wanted and expected he told me to come over. I took off from work and drove over an hour to get to the dealership for the salesman to avoid my questions. I asked him before I took a test drive he still lead me to believe he had the deal made I needed After I sat and waited we went into the finance manager office for him to go over the payments that is when I found out the salesman had lied to me the whole time. When confronted he was not nice to me and lied again. The dealership did not make the deal I wanted so they lost my business. Drove less than a mile a bought a 2019 Jeep thank you Honda!! For your bad service!

So, if the director doesn't care how a customer is being treated, I can't expect the service representative to give a darn. Now, can I?

Thanks to Ron (Sales Manager) for trying to take the sour taste away and being a person of his word. He offered to give a callback . . . checking on how things were going. Oh yes, I got his call back (even though it didn't occur in his department).
Oh, your assist manager I'm still trying to figure out his role. It was like he was forced to speak with me (although he didn't want to). Matter of fact, I had to get some clarity from him . . . if he really wanted to assist me (us). He was so meaningless I can't even recall his name.
By the way, I'm appreciative of Amber and the quality of service she extends to her customers. Perhaps, your Reps should take lessons from her on how to treat and service customers. Better yet, we (customers) need more Ambers on your team in order to receive quality service, as we spend our hard earned $$$$.

I had issues with an existing issue that I identified within 3 days of purchasing a used car at Honda Carland in Roswell that had been through their 152 point inspection. Unfortunately when I returned to the dealership, their mechanic couldn’t identify the issue. I took the vehicle to another mechanic that quickly diagnosed the issue. I left 6+ voicemails with the dealership, including 2 to the General Manager, and never received the courtesy of a callback. I spent over $900 fixing the pre-existing issue and have never heard back from the dealership. If I ever purchase another vehicle from them, which is doubtful, I would certainly spend the time to have an independent mechanic check the vehicle.

I just purchased a 2018 Honda Accord from this dealership and to say that I am highly satisfied would be an understatement! We had originally just stopped by to look until we met Dennis. He was fantastic! He didn't pressure us at all or even try to convince us to buy the car - He just answered all of our questions. We could tell immediately that he was quite the opposite of what we had been seeing at other dealerships. He was so honest and truly seemed to care about us as customers, not just the sell. We decided then that even if we didn't purchase that day, we would drive back to Athens just to deal with Dennis. (Even though we have a Honda dealership in Conyers where we live) After lunch, we decided to go back and make the purchase. It was then that Dennis introduced us to Jose to finish up the paperwork and explain all of the high-end technology of this car to us. He was so excited to tell us about this car; it was obvious Jose loves what he does and believes in their product. He was great and really took his time showing us all of the neat features involved with this car - and also answered all of our questions! To sum it up, from the sales people all the way to the finance manager, Jerry, we were treated so kindly! It was so refreshing! I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone! What a great car buying experience we've had!
Mistyped my address and wouldn't release my tag - Larhondah
Its been over 30 days waiting on my tag. Talked to the finance guy Chris before I went on military leave to Florida. He informed me he would call me with the tag once its delivered to the dealership. Talked to the tag office in the dealership 2 weeks later on leave to find out it was mailed to my house with the wrong apartment #??!?!?! How the xxxx they got this wrong is beyond me. My address is on my drivers license. I'm an active duty Sergeant First Class working on Fort Benning and absolutely cannot drive with an expired tag per not only Georgia law but the military will make you park your car on base and face the consequences. Horrible service clear cross the board. Unprofessional soon as you sign your name.
I'm only satisfied because the car is new. Thank God my boyfriend was there to talk the price.
Get pre financed prior to going up there. They are a horrible business and doesn't represent Honda's name at all.
