Excellent Car Buying Experience - Z Walker
My husband and I visited Lou Sobh Honda after shopping online for the right SUV for our family. We live about 65 miles away, therefore, there were other dealerships that we went to prior to our visit at Lou Sobh. Our experience with the other dealerships were not the greatest and resulted in a lot of aggravation and frustration. When my husband found the vehicle online at Lou Sobh Honda, we were a little reluctant to go and check it out based off of our prior experiences with other dealerships. After all, did I mention that we're located about 65 miles away and what a disappointment it would be to have the same awful experience. Long story short, I'm ever so glad that we took the trip! Because of Sean Godwin, this car buying experience was absolutely amazing! He even agreed to "babysit" our 6-year-old while my husband and I completed the paper work with the finance manager, Tyler Cochran, who also exemplified great customer service. Sean Godwin, thank you so much for your prompt communication, transparency, friendliness, professionalism and any other adjective that I may have left out to describe your stellar customer service. If I could give you 10 stars, I would! Lou Sobh Honda, overall, has set the bar extremely high for their competitors and we definitely plan to buy again from this dealership in the future.

The most difficult part about getting my airbag replaced was the phone call to set up the appointment! Once I arrived at Hughes Honda I was in and out in less than an hour! And everyone was very friendly and helpful. It was a great experience, I highly recommend this company and their service department.

Worst dealer I've ever been to. Dismissive, disorganized, dishonest and judgmental. Called about a 2017 Subaru WRX to see if they had it on their lot. Took the salesman two and a half hours to call me back. I was busy so he left a voicemail saying to give him a call back instead of letting me know that they no longer have the car for sale. By the way, at the time of writing this review on 10/18/2017, the car is still listed as for sale on their website! See the screenshot. I decided to stop by the dealer instead of calling him back because it's close by. Got there with my brother and we walked around the entire lot looking for the car. During the entire 15 minutes we were there, no one offered to help. We were about to leave and a nice guy (not a salesman) stopped us and asked if we needed help. I said yes and he came back with a guy name Greg. I know Greg was not busy the entire time because I saw him "relaxing" in his "office". Greg asked us what we were looking for and I said the WRX listed on your website. He came back and said he sold a couple of WRXs the past few days (sure Greg, you guys had a couple sitting on your lot), and they don't have any right now. This dealer also stated on their ad that they serviced this car for the previous owner on the ad on their website (lies, this car was bought at an auction in Florida according to the CARFAX). Greg never offered to help us further and we left. So overall great customer service! (lots of sarcasm here) We might look like a couple of kids (we're not), but I was ready to buy that car that day. So if you're young and looking for a sporty car (Civic SI, Type R, or the new Accord with the Type R engine), I would not come to this dealer unless you want a good dose of false advertising and fast talking, know nothing salesmen. Stay away and spend your money elsewhere. I would give this place zero star if I could.

I had a terrible experience with the dealership. I left feeling swindled. I was sold on a supplemental insurance through the dealership. One of the doubt points was that minor body damage could be prevented from being reported to my primary insurance. I had a small (1-2") dent, the policy covered dents up to 4". I went in to ask about having repaired and was met with surliness. They said they'd have to call their body guy and set it up for a day that was sunny. Nobody ever followed up with me. The vehicle also had one of the defectove airbags that was recalled shortly after I purchased it. It took over a year for the part to come in to replace it. Nobody at the dealership ever made any effort to compensate for the fact that I now could not have a passenger in my 18k vehicle. I had had such a bad experience at this point I couldn't wait to sell the vehicle, but with the recalled part the most I was offered (less than a year after purchase) was 8k. Another reason the offer was so low was that the dealership had reported that 1-2" dent (that they never fixed) as "body damage" to carfax. After selling the vehicle I have continued to be spammed by the dealership for almost a year now, despite multiple requests to be removed from communication. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!

I am sick because i was charge $ 576.45 for this to be done and the labor was more than the parts and it didn't take the person an hour to do this. I shouldn't done like my co worker told me. buy the parts and take it to the Technical school or another shop. T

I purchased a brand new 2016 Honda Civic with not so excellent credit with the help of the sales team at Butler Honda in M'ville. They worked diligently to hook me up with a bank and I was able to get the car solely in my name!!!! Not because of price but the way it all went. I called Manager upfront day before for price and was assured to match price. I went there , spent 3 hours and at the end was told there was miscommunication and we can’t offer the same price.
I was told that we are the biggest dealer in having car stock and even if they don’t have the same color car, they will arrange without charge and will give loner car till my car reaches dealership. When I asked for the same at dealership next morning , they simply denied saying we are not sure who called and why he promised like that. They even asked me to pay transfer fee for car to get it from some other dealer ship.
I would not recommend any one to go there . I wasted half day of my life there.

My wife took her 2015 CRV for oil change today at Honda Mall of Georgia. We had purchased the car here in September, 2015 and this was a scheduled oil change. We had heard some noise in the rear end and I thought it might be a problem with the differential or a wheel bearing. Service writer indicated that we should have had the oil changed in the differential at 5,000 miles (Car has 19K+) and that someone should have told us this as they use a "break-in" oil from the factory ( I have heard of break-in oil for engines but not differentials.)....the cost was $71 to change. So Idid some checking before authorization. Called Curry Honda Service and Gwinnett Honda service and they had never heard of that. Indicated a service code would come up if needed to be changed..no such thing as a break in oil either as they would have replaced it with the same Honda Diff fluid. I asked the dealer for the Honda link that recommends this change. They could not supply. So bottom line they were recommending something to my wife that was not required. This car is still under warranty, maybe there is incentive to recommend service outside of warranty for commission or points...not clear...but my trust is not here anymore. The service manager did call but not a very good explanation.

I called the first part of December and spoke to a salesperson, Mark Mooney. Over the next 4-5 weeks, I peppered Mark with numerous questions and phone calls. Always polite, friendly and helpful, Mark answered all my questions. If he didn't know the answer, he would check and call me back as promised. He always responded in a timely manner. I knew that I wanted the Honda CR-V 2017 in the Obsidian Blue Pearl. I never felt pressured to buy a vehicle. On an extremely limited budget, Mark did a great job negotiating for me. I had researched a lot and knew what was a fair asking price. I believe I got a great deal at Pye Honda. I will wholeheartedly recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

My last vehicle was badly damaged in a wreck and I needed a new one. This dealership has been highly recommended, so it was the first place I stopped. I am so very glad I did. I have injuries and getting in and out of a car takes time. The first sales person my husband contacted was willing to do a lot of the talking outside, while I remained in the rental. Kimberly Parker was so very helpful and found the perfect used car for us. I observed how other sales personnel treated potential buyers...it was in a very positive manner. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Kimberly.
Messed up my engine - steven80
I went to Sons of Honda dealership to get my oil changed. 2 weeks after getting my oil changed, I hear a sound coming from my engine. I checked my oil dip stick and it was literally no oil reading. When I took it back to the dealership, they just filled it up with oil and told me the engine is my problem and they had nothing to do with it, the only thing they could do was give an engine for 4000.00. Do not get your oil changed from them, if you do, always check your oil dip stick after they do an oil change.

I had a very worst experience with Carland Honda today. Inspite of we agreeing to the price and also the color which was given by the sales representative, the fun they made is unacceptable . The behavior of the sales representative and the sales manager is not allowable. They made jokes on the customers is inappropriate.

I worked with MarkAnthony over the phone on a potential out-of state purchase that didn't end up happening. After confirming the vehicle was indeed available he called back and offered to do a video conference so I could see the actual vehicle in detail. He followed up a few times and even though he knew he wasn't going to get the sale, he still offered to help in anyway he could. Very cordial and respectful.

I took my van in for oil change $1200.00 dollars later my van was picked up it pulled so bad to the right I took it back same thing but worst.they then said I needed tires and more work.my van was perfect till they got a hold of it! I took my van to Jack's tire and brake.they said my key to tire locks was missing and 3 lugs was off my tire.and my tires were fine.they fixed my van for 53.00 and it's perfect again.believe me there donuts are not free!!
