So many sites to put these. DealerRater seems to be paying google a lot to get shown early, so I'll do it here. I owned my own shop long ago but that taught me that while dealerships usually focus on sales, it's the shops that bring people back for their next car, and most dealerships seem they couldn't care less about customers' experience with repair and maintenance.. Curry and the former owners of this place both convnced me I never needed to visit again. The frst shop actually lied to my face; the second made it perfectly clear the did not want my business. Imagine my shock coming in to this place now under Group 1 to find at least a service rep who seemed to care about the customer and (shock) was actually competent and honest. I sure hope that Andrew is representative of the rest of the place. If so, they've got my service business and a good shot at selling us the next Honda. Bravo, sir. It's a joy to run into somebody else who treats folks as well as we did at my own business. Thank you. Oh - please do fix your phone system! I went into nevernever land 3 times trying to call back to service.

A few months ago, I decided I needed to get a new vehicle. I had been driving a Honda CRV for 10 years and I basically wanted another one. Carlton Harris, the salesman, showed me exactly what I needed. We went over a few basic questions and we decided I didn't really want the top-of-the-line CRV, but the middle line. It had everything I was looking for. Carlton was so great to work with! He got right to work and made the entire process easy & as quick as possible. Also, a shout out to Malik Bush was showing me all my new features!

I got my 2019 from here in 2024 and let me tell you my car has been nothing but absolute issues since I got it. Not even after the first 2 days my car breaks down and it has to be towed to the dealership and then if that wasn’t to top it all off I was screwed over in my monthly payments even with $1,000 down and with a trade in they gave me $6,000 they still screwed me over and tripled the cost of my car I wish I would’ve never have gotten it and I will absolutely never be back here they’ve lost all my business
