Special thanks to Adam Severs for being the greatest sales rep ever!! If you looking to trade or buy a new or pre owned car I very highly recommend this place. You'd be a fool not to..

Very easy, no hassles, and welcoming! - Rebecca Martin
Nicole Clemons was our sales member. She was very pleasant to work with. Not pushy at all! She was very knowledgeable about the Honda Pilot we purchased and was also knowledgeable about vehicles that compared to the Pilot, which helped us to ultimately choose the Pilot over other vehicles. Heritage Honda's prices can't be beat.
Very good service! - EHoltHonda
Everyone is very nice and helpful. Service was fast and the shuttle van and loaner car program while your car is being serviced is a nice amenity over other dealerships.

Great folks to deal with! - Brian
I just purchased a 2018 Honda Accord from this dealership and to say that I am highly satisfied would be an understatement! We had originally just stopped by to look until we met Dennis. He was fantastic! He didn't pressure us at all or even try to convince us to buy the car - He just answered all of our questions. We could tell immediately that he was quite the opposite of what we had been seeing at other dealerships. He was so honest and truly seemed to care about us as customers, not just the sell. We decided then that even if we didn't purchase that day, we would drive back to Athens just to deal with Dennis. (Even though we have a Honda dealership in Conyers where we live) After lunch, we decided to go back and make the purchase. It was then that Dennis introduced us to Jose to finish up the paperwork and explain all of the high-end technology of this car to us. He was so excited to tell us about this car; it was obvious Jose loves what he does and believes in their product. He was great and really took his time showing us all of the neat features involved with this car - and also answered all of our questions! To sum it up, from the sales people all the way to the finance manager, Jerry, we were treated so kindly! It was so refreshing! I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone! What a great car buying experience we've had!
"Not satisfied" - shelia wallace
I had an appointment this morning for an oil change and brakes to be done. I am sick because i was charge $ 576.45 for this to be done and the labor was more than the parts and it didn't take the person an hour to do this. I shouldn't done like my co worker told me. buy the parts and take it to the Technical school or another shop. T
Jim Allen was great! - Barbara Snook
We were in the market for a car for our daughter and met Jim Allen while we were looking at a used vehicle. Jim was extremely nice and professional, and answered all our questions. While we made a decision to purchase a new vehicle elsewhere, I wanted to commend Jim on the service we received, and his professionalism throughout the process, and even when we notified him of our decision. I would recommend Jim to anyone looking for a good used vehicle. Thanks, Jim!
Horrible customer service - Accord
Horrible experience! This dealership does not have the customer satisfaction as a priority! The sales manager himself laughed as i called to make an complaint. They refused to let me return the vehicle after I spoke with the bank who told me it’s possible to do so even after the deal has been processed. The sales manager and finance manager told me “ anything is possible if you are giving us more money! “ So now I’m stuck paying on a car that i don’t even want and they could careless! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone you’re better off going to Southern Motor Honda.
First Service - Tylerkid1
Shanique was great ! This was my first service for my new Ridgeline. I was taken in promptly at my appointment time and given clear information about the process.I really enjoyed the waiting area with other customers and was kind of sorry to have to go off to work ! The bill was a lot less than I thought it would be, and the service was much more comprehensive than I anticipated. Steve Corse, MD
Buyer Beware - jemil
BEWARE! This dealership treated me very poorly and were dishonest. I feel compelled to share my experience.
1) I negotiated a verbal price for a new Honda with Chris. However, when it came time to finalize the sale, Chris disappeared. Another sales person returned and said that they couldn't honor the agreed upon price. They wanted to renegotiate.
2) They claimed that my old car had major transmission problems, and after making a show of not even wanting to accept the trade-in, offered me an unbelievably low price. According to them, the car would slip when going from High to Low gear. You should have seen their eyes get huge when I explained that I had an extended warranty. When I took my current car to the manufacturer the next morning, the service folks found nothing wrong. They explained that if you tried to shift gears at too fast of a speed, of course the transmission would seem to slip. This led me to believe that Gwinnet Place Honda made up a "problem" with my old car that was verifiable, but that I wouldn't necessary realize was normal. It caused me to waste my time and resources trying to fix a problem that did not exist.
3) I had an Edmond's guaranteed price that Gwinnett Place Honda made a big deal about honoring. However, the car they tried to sell me had extra options. They let me drive this car without explaining that the options would cost extra. They should have been upfront that they did not have a car in stock with my preferred options.
Please be careful of the sales tactics here. They were very friendly, but proved to be untrustworthy. I am very glad I walked out that Friday night. I found a better priced new vehicle and traded my old car for more than double what Gwinnett Place Honda offered me somewhere else.
Awesome Experience - Kendra
This is by far the best experience I've had purchasing anything in my entire life!! I purchased a brand new 2016 Honda Civic with not so excellent credit with the help of the sales team at Butler Honda in M'ville. They worked diligently to hook me up with a bank and I was able to get the car solely in my name!!!! I want to say thanks to Vernon, Lawrence, and Mr Mallard, for giving me such a wonderful purchasing experience!! These guys were awesome and very professional!!! I am definitely getting my daughter's car from here when the time comes.... Thanks

I purchase an Honda civic at Flowers Honda on October 29 2016. It was a great experience. My salesperson Andre Dismuke was an awesome salesperson. I'll recommend anybody to go to Flowers Honda to purchase a vehicle. When you do decide to purchase a vehicle please ask for Andre. I love Flowers Honda.
Good Experience - SayNo2PushySalesmen
I inquired about a 2018 Accord. Mark Mooney assisted me in every way he could. He answered numerous questions and was not pushy in the least. We need more salespeople like him.
Problem With Service Department - jsharpe251
I would like to apologize in advance to anyone reading this review. This is going to be a little long, but the issue has been going on for four weeks! We purchased a 2007 Honda Civic with under 100,000 miles a few years ago for our son. He is a full time college student, and needed something reliable to get back and forth to school. A few weeks ago the car broke down as my son was driving it home from work. He was exactly 5 minutes away from our house when this occurred. I was able to immediately get in my car and drive to where he was. There was no smoke and the temp gage never went past the mid point. After finding out that this year model car had a defective motor I contacted the local Honda dealership Sons Honda. I was told that the warranty for the defective motor had been extended to 10 years, but another person had recently come in with the same year model and Honda loyalty covered everything except $1500. He stated we would have to have the care towed there before he could check on it. So the car was towed there on 3/12/18 sometime after 6:00 p.m.
I was called fairly early on 3/13/18 and was told that no Honda would not cover any of the expenses to fix it. I thought this was a awfully fast to have a decision, but assumed he was telling me the truth. I did however ask for the number he called because I wanted to talk to them myself. At this point I was given the number to Honda loyalty. I was told by THREE people there that the person at Sons Honda NEVER called! They however did start a claim and asked Sons Honda for a full diagnostic and a price of what it would be to fix the car. I was called a few days later and told my out of pocket would be $2000. I reluctantly agreed and expected the car to be fixed. I was then called back and told that wouldn’t include tax. Once again I reluctantly agreed. The next day I was called by Sons Honda and told that the $2000 was only for the cracked head, and there would be a lot more changes. I was then asked if I would like for them to continue with the work. At that point a visit was paid to the dealership and after much discussion a top dollar price of $3300 was agreed on. That was supposed to be higher that they thought it would be, but just wanted to be sure there was room for error.
On 4/13/18 I called Sons Honda to find out what was taking so long for the car to be repaired. I was finally called back and was told the check engine light wouldn’t go off, it needs an 02 sensor. I was told this was going to cost another $250 on top of what we already owed. I asked the person to look in the computer to see what we owed and he said without the 02 sensor the total was over $3400.
This entire process has been a nightmare. Some people might say we are lucky to have Honda paying anything on an 11 year old car. I say to that if the car didn’t have a defective motor it wouldn’t be in the shop to begin with! If you put out a defective product there shouldn’t be a time limit on when you will correct the issue. Yes, there is more than just the defective motor that needs to be repaired because it overheated, but there wouldn’t be if the car didn’t have a defective motor. We took excellent care of the car once we bought it. It had a 100,000 mile service done when it hit 100,000 miles. The timing belt was replaced, and the car had regular oil changes.
So to sum things up: 1. We were lied to about the dealership calling Honda loyalty. 2. We agreed on a price of $2000 total and the dealership has constantly said they won’t honor the $2000. At this point they have almost doubled this price. 3. They have had the car for a month and it still isn’t finished. I was told they have to work on other cars too. Well, shouldn’t you finish one car before you start another one? 4. None of this would have happened if Honda had not installed a defective motor in the car. We shouldn’t have to pay anything to get the car fixed, but at the very least we shouldn’t be paying more than the $2000 TOTAL that was agreed on!
My son picked out the Honda Civic, and could have possibly been a life long Honda customer. Unfortunately I don’t see that happening after this terrible experience. Especially since it is now 4/15/18 and we still don’t have the car!

Car Buying Experience - Ayush Prasad
I have had an extremely disappointing experience in dealing with the dealership.
From the start they made me come multiple times to finalize the deal on the car. They kept changing the lease offer every time they called me to the dealership. Whenever I got the call from them to come to the dealership I used to confirm the lease payment offer before I leave as the dealership was 35 miles away from my home and still when I reached there they would come up with new numbers.
One instance they called me and said everything was final… your lease is approved and you can come and pickup the car today. When I reached there ..they said we cannot give me you the car today … we have conditional approval . I travelled 70 miles up and down in Uber for nothing.( They could have communicated that on phone)
After the whole process was over and when I finally got the car after few days I found out that they gave me the wrong car (different VIN than what they did the paper work on). I was asked to come back and return the car and take another one.
I thought this would be the last but It didn’t get over .. I didn’t receive my number plate. When I called “Craig Holland” (General Manager) for assistance he assured everything was done from the dealership and it would be good idea to see the tag office. When I went to the tag office I found out the dealership forgot to put my apartment number on the address. And when I sent an email again to Honda Mall of Georgia nobody bothered to even response.
The dealership has made the car buying experience a nightmare for me.
Used car purchase - Jo63
My last vehicle was badly damaged in a wreck and I needed a new one. This dealership has been highly recommended, so it was the first place I stopped. I am so very glad I did. I have injuries and getting in and out of a car takes time. The first sales person my husband contacted was willing to do a lot of the talking outside, while I remained in the rental. Kimberly Parker was so very helpful and found the perfect used car for us. I observed how other sales personnel treated potential buyers...it was in a very positive manner. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Kimberly.
Buyer Beware ! - Ron
We buy and sell one of our cars about every 3 years. So, 3 years ago we stopped by this dealership to look at a high end Honda Accord and told the sales man what we were looking for. He failed to bring us the model and had excuses why.. we left. On Sunday, 03/25/2018 we stopped by to test drive and look at a Honda Pilot EXL, we needed something bigger than the Volvo S60. Jamal our sales person took us for a test drive after he had to drive it off the lot and a couple miles away where we exchanged drivers.. Never heard that one before, but next..we came back they appraised our Volvo and after a couple rounds of going back in forth with the sales Mgr and showing him the deal my daughter just had in Brandon, Florida , we finally came to a deal for all. It is now almost 3 hours into our day. Finally and after multiple excuses the finance person, Lauren, who was supposedly new to Honda, but had told us she was from the Chevy World in the "Finance Department" called us in and had a male finance person helping her originally. He left, she went over all paperwork and told us at least 3 times , to be sure to read all... as there is no buyers remorse in Georgia and once a contract is signed that's it...Its a done deal ! So we signed all and left the dealership.. we were suppose to have a full tank of gas, NOPE, had to come back and have them fill it up. We were supposed to have all things in the vehicle explained to us, NOPE and after signing 3 papers at sales desk prior, nothing was ever explained about vehicles operations , features, etc. Okay we can read a book and I can ask our daughter .. so next. On Wednesday, I get a call that Lauren the finance person made a mistake and put .09 % in the contract paperwork and it should have been 0.9 %. Yes we saw it and that was her problem not ours .. did she read what she wrote? After consulting with our counsel, we told them we would not be returning to sign a new contract. I could not locate any GM, CEO or any staff on the Carland Web Page. So I found a CEO on "LinkedIn" and emailed him. I was contacted by a GM who identified himself to me as Ken Kaplan. I told Mr Kaplan I will not be signing a new contract. I explained they have a clear and explicit wording in their contract and I quote, "No cooling off period. State Law does not provide for a cooling off period or any cancellation period for this sale. After you sign this contract you may only cancel it if the seller agrees or for legal cause. YOU cannot cancel this contract simply because you change your mind". Mr Kaplan told me via phone if I would not sign a NEW CONTRACT, he would NOT TITLE the Honda Pilot. I never agreed to terminate our sales contract. So with that, and not wasting our time in civil court.. in that case , I told Mr. Kaplan to return my Volvo, all monies paid, etc etc. to my home. It is now Friday, my Volvo and all have been returned . However isn't it amazing that they have you sign a contract... but will not enforce it upon themselves in this case .. all over a $ 12.00 a month difference that should have been taken out of the finance persons commission , or better yet, to keep a customer, the dealer should have eaten it or offered something to keep a customer happy. Never Again.. and YES BUYER BEWARE!
Excellent service even without getting the sale! - Brandon Walker
I worked with MarkAnthony over the phone on a potential out-of state purchase that didn't end up happening. After confirming the vehicle was indeed available he called back and offered to do a video conference so I could see the actual vehicle in detail. He followed up a few times and even though he knew he wasn't going to get the sale, he still offered to help in anyway he could. Very cordial and respectful.
I will never purchase or let them do service again - Deborah
