2018 Honda minivan. Wiper fluid didn't work. Brought into honda voyles. Left 6 hours later saying everything is fixed. Wife's car :) two weeks later she gets email part has arrived. I asked does the wipers work. She said no. Made appointment came in and the part they order was already fixed but the motor was bad. Of course wasnt told this until 4 hours of waiting. They ordered part. Was told 1.5 hours maximum. 2.5 hours later still waiting. No I am sorry from the manager just service techs saying it is what it is. Terrible. Do not come here. Fyi the service waiting room is filled of these stories.

I've never dealt with such unprofessional sales people in all my life. Had a deal all worked out over the internet with Bailey Walton (who did a really good job answering all my questions). Go in to seal the deal and it all goes sideways. First of all the salesman I've been dealing with (Mitchell Anderson), and made an appointment to see (after driving almost 2 hours) isn't available. "He's with another customer." Then why did I make an appointment?? Some other salesman comes along (Brandon) who really isn't a salesman but helps with internet sales. Nice enough guy, but straight up has no idea what he's doing. I tell him, "don't run my credit until I see the numbers on paper." He says, "no problem, I won't." Goes to the managers desk, *PING*, "Credit Karma says there has been a credit inquiry." Called him on his lie right there, he started to back-peddle, "Well I don't know what they do at the manager's desk." He then goes on to say "OK, you have 2 options." Why do I have 2 options, I've already negotiated the price?? "If you want the price you negotiated online it would be cash only. If you want 1.9% financing from Honda, then it will be an additional $1-2K". REALLY?? For what?? I already told them through online negotiations that I wasn't eligible for any rebates (military or college grad), so it's not like it's a rebate OR interest choice. In my opinion, there's really no other way to see this other than a good ol' con job! While it might be legal, in my books it's definitely not ethical. Gave Brandon a few choice words and walked out. Mitchell then appears out of nowhere and chases me to my car, "What happened? Why are you leaving?" Told him exactly why I was leaving. He stands there looking like someone just kicked his puppy as I drove away. Went to another Honda dealer the next weekend and it was a completely different experience. Matched the price I negotiated with Gerald Jones and got 1.9% with no problem. Told them what happened at this place, and let's just say, I feel I did absolutely the right thing by walking out. Avoid this place at all costs.

I do not recommend this dealership or Hondas at all anymore. I have owned crv’s and loved them..until I need more space and reluctantly bought a van. I have three kids and drive clients to doctors appointments for my job. I had thought hondas were known for reliability so I spent my savings on a 2011 odyssey with 117 miles (thats not bad for a honda right!) I surprisedly love the van, but after owning a week I checked the oil before going on our vacation (6 hours) and noticed it was a little low. No big deal we added oil. On the bag from vacation we got a check engine light an shuddering. I took it here to get checked and was told its a $3400 fix! 😱 no way i can afford that. But good news honda has an extended warranty for that! Nope i was just 5 months out of that warranty. I called America Hondas motors and they seemed to want to help, after two months of back and forth they call the dealership to schedule my apt to have it fixed. Yay! But no the customer service rep at this dealership has denied because I havent owned the van that long?! So here I am out $12,000 i spent on this van. Using a quart of oil and week, no way to afford fixing and dreading the day it breaks down again and i cant even drive to work. Must be nice to work in the office and deny people help? Needless to say i will NEVER buy another Honda anything!

Great Pre-Owned Buying Experience! - LtdEdition
I arrived here to look at a Pre-owned Acura MDX I found through my banks car buying service. The salesman I was supposed to work with ended up not being available, but I was lucky enough to get to work with Miguel. I can't express enough that this was, from the sales perspective, the best car buying experience I've ever had. I'd read some of the Google reviews before I went and Miguel is on of the salesmen that had CONSISTENTLY great reviews. In my experience, they were all completely warranted. There was no pressure, no dismissing me (a woman) and trying to deal with my brother, no hassling or harassing. He made himself available to answer any questions I had. As a matter of fact, I got there late-ish on a Sunday and he stayed to make the deal happen. I cannot commend him, and by extension Carey Paul Honda, enough.
On the other hand, the finance guy, Tony--not so great. He was dismissive, had me pay for a tag instead of transferring the veterans license plate that I had, and was borderline rude. He served his purpose, I guess, but the pre-owned sales team was so awesome, I certainly won't diminish my review because of him.

I was going to purchase a 2018 Honda Pilot EX. It had listed 34k on the window but when the sales person brought me the numbers they started out at 37K!!! Keep in mind this car is almost tow years old. When I complained they dropped the price to 31,199! Which upset me even more!! I then went to visit the another dealer in town and while my wife was talking with the sales people, I was on the phone with a Honda dealer in Gainesville Florida. I wanted to buy a HONDA !! They were going to sell me a 2019 Honda Pilot for 31,125!!! They sent me the information in writing via phone!! I then called Lang dale Honda and asked if I could buy the 2018 for 28500 but they said no but they could sell be a 2019 for 31125!! So, they were knowingly going to sell me a 2018 for more than what they could sell me a 2019 Honda Pilot ! This is very poor business and I would never trust them !! BTW I bought a vehicle that afternoon from another dealer.

Purchased a bran new 2018 honda CRV the end of May, and agreed to have the "xzilon" spray applied for $699...Christopher talked it up to me and made it sound like a great add on since i have 2 young kids. The outside looks JUST OK and that's with my car being garage kept and washed every 2 days. And the inside...i notice NOTHING special, NOTHING. Still the same difficulty to clean milk off the side panels if my son throws his bottle, sure doesn't wipe off like magic like i was told. My biggest issue with this is my steering wheel looks horrible. The trim should be extremely glossy like the other black trip around my shifter but it looks dirty and will not come off. Ive calles and spoke to the sales man (Christopher) a few times in the past 3 weeks, he referred me to the actual company that makes the product as if it's not there issue to fix, they assured me Pye Honda is who would have to fix this since they sold me that actual service. Nothing has yet to be done on a small problem that wouldn't take long at all to fix, they would rather ignore the phone messages and keep thw run around going. If I'm going to be stuck with this vehicle for a few years until its paid off, i should be 100% happy with a brand new car!
Scam on wiper blades - Reedbird
The service department accused me of lying when I said I had never replaced my wiper blades on my five year old Honda CRV. They refused to replace the worn out blades and insisted that I had replaced them with Walmart brand or similar. I repeatedly told the woman that the wiper blades had never been replaced and I bought my car new. They just wanted to charge a high price for new blades. The service department has gone downhill in the past year. I will go elsewhere for my upcoming major service that is due on my Honda.

Nalley Honda got the last dollar they will ever get from me. went in asked for a price for a diagnoses. I was told $90. I specifically asked if that was going to give me a guarantee diagnoses for the $90. She said yes. She knew i was working with another local mechanic and his computer would not read the locked Honda codes. He diagnosed it as the expansion valve, but wanted the codes to verify temperature readings on the relays. she called me back later and said she needed another $121 dollars. I asked to speak to the manager. The manager Michael told me " thats how we do it, what do you think would happen if we told our customers that it was going to cost them 400-500 right out of the gate? We would scare away a lot of customers" That is what he said. So.... since they had it we actually agreed. UGH. they called back and found the problem. A part that the previous guy found to be good. We told them if it was going to fix it, install it... They installed it and it did not fix it. So they needed another estimated 400 to replace the expansion valve. we picked up the care and will never use them again. It cost us exactly $286.84 for nothing. Me and daughter both when buy car. Ad state if have job your approved. Told guy from begin credit was best. Want to go ahead run credit first. But no. Then start making offers before they even ran the credit. To come back and tell me no. And my daughter they would approve her but he something that was no close to want she wanted. So neither one walk out with car. Wasted a whole day.
Mistyped my address and wouldn't release my tag - Larhondah
Its been over 30 days waiting on my tag. Talked to the finance guy Chris before I went on military leave to Florida. He informed me he would call me with the tag once its delivered to the dealership. Talked to the tag office in the dealership 2 weeks later on leave to find out it was mailed to my house with the wrong apartment #??!?!?! How the xxxx they got this wrong is beyond me. My address is on my drivers license. I'm an active duty Sergeant First Class working on Fort Benning and absolutely cannot drive with an expired tag per not only Georgia law but the military will make you park your car on base and face the consequences. Horrible service clear cross the board. Unprofessional soon as you sign your name.

I went to the Honda Mall of Georgia dealership yesterday looking for a specific used car I found online through their ads. We started hashing out the pricing and details of the deals. But while we were doing this it felt like there was something off about the deal. We ended up not being able to come to an agreement since the dealer didn’t seem willing to negotiate. I already did tons of research and set a price point so when the dealer’s price wasn’t close to what I was thinking I was like this is weird. I get that car buying is all about negotiating but this seemed really odd. Later on that night I was searching for cars and came across their ad again. I realized then that THE DEALER RAISED THE PRICE 1000 ABOVE THEIR OWN LISTED ASKING PRICE AND TRIED TO GET ME TO PAY FOR THAT! THEY STRAIGHT UP LIED TO MY FACE AND TRIED TO TRICK ME INTO PAYING FOR THE JACKED UP PRICE SAYING THIS WAS A GOOD DEAL! They kept saying look at this price here and here trying to confuse me and get me to not notice the raised base price.
I WILL NEVER GO THEIR AGAIN AND I SERIOUSLY THINK OTHER PEOPLE SHOULD THINK ABOUT THIS WHEN CONSIDERING THIS DEALERSHIP. IF THEY WOULD TRY TO TRICK ME AND LIE TO ME ABOUT A BASE PRICE, I WOULDN’T BE SURPRISED IF THEY TRIED TO DO THIS TO OTHER PEOPLE!

I also reached out and called them to see if we could work something out and the person on the phone wouldn't negotiate with me and started to get rude saying I was being unfair in reviewing them online. But since this is what happened and I'm giving them an honest account of what went down they shouldn't call it unfair.
The general manager was nicer on the phone but we still couldn't come to anything.

First off this is the lowest of the low and that speaks volumes considering that’s it’s a car dealership. Sales are awful and pushy and will try to screw you so fast with no regard to anything but their own pockets. Then they sell a brand new 2017 Honda CR-V and the gear shifter falls apart, because they use cheap and flimsy plastic and don’t take responsibility for their bad product. Stay away from this place.
