This was my second ford dealership I checked out for a Bronco. Emmanuel greeted me at the door with a big smile and a strong handshake. We wasted no time and test drove the Bronco that had my attention. Emmanuel was great and answered all my questions. I had a great time on the test drive and while I had a few lower trim models in my head as a backup, my heart was on the red. Out of the drivers seat and in the desk seat Emmanuel kept it real. He was transparent and well informed, and I really appreciated the way he prepared at every step. Andre in the back wasted no time, answered all of my questions and got me out of there in great time.

I rarely write reviews, but I wanted to share the awesome experience I had working with Casey at Porsche Atlanta Northeast. First, she put together a competitive lease deal in very short order and even sent a highlight video of the actual car given I live a good bit aways. But even more impressive is the customer service that came during the delivery process and continues to come. She is highly responsive and very knowledgeable on the model I leased. She had everything ready to go when I arrived to pick up the car and spent a tremendous amount of time with me going through every new feature given the technology has changed quite a bit since my last Porsche. I never felt rushed and she genuinely cared about my experience. Casey has an amazing personality, was impressive to work with and is a great representative for the dealership and Porsche. First class experience. Well done!
