My wife and I have been Jim Ellis VW customers for almost 25 years. She’s purchased 5 beetles and I’ve purchased 3 jettas. This morning Monday August 17th was the experience of a lifetime. I was hoping to turn in a lease that had seen better days. Michael Landon and Julie Velez met me promptly for my appointment. I wasn’t expecting or prepared for the what they did for me this morning. Also at this time I met Brian Bolton the Business Manager and these 3 were able to get me into a beautiful new 2026 Jetta at an affordable price effortlessly. However, he and the entire Volvo team made the process incredibly smooth from start to finish. I explained exactly what I was looking for in terms of monthly payments and my available down payment, and Dino and Eric worked hard to make it happen. They also helped me take advantage of military discounts, which I greatly appreciated. The bottom line: I absolutely love my XC60, and the customer service at Jim Ellis Volvo was outstanding. Very laid back environment with the sales team at Hayes. Our salesman Ryan wasn’t one of those typical pushy sales people you get at other dealerships. We initially went to look at a used 2023 Grand Cherokee Summit with 20k miles that we saw on the Carfax site. We ended up leaving with a brand new 2025 Limited 4x4 that was drastically marked down since the 2026 models were already on the lot. Every rock chip, scuff and ding will be ours. I’m glad we made the 100 mile drive to their dealership. If the time comes to get another vehicle, Hayes will be on our short list of places to go.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolutely Outstanding Experience at Troncalli Subaru! A couple of weeks ago, we purchased a Subaru Outback Touring from Troncalli Subaru, and from start to finish, it was hands down the best experience I've ever had at a new car dealership. The professionalism, knowledge, friendliness, and customer service were exceptional. There was no unnecessary pressure—just a genuine effort to make sure we were comfortable, informed, and completely satisfied with our purchase. Then there was the Outback Touring itself. I was completely amazed by the features, ride quality, technology, comfort, and especially the incredible attention Subaru puts into safety. I was so impressed with both the vehicle and the experience we had at Troncalli that I did something I certainly wasn't planning on doing... I went back just one week later and purchased a Forester Touring Hybrid! That probably says more about our experience than anything else could. Buying one new vehicle is a major decision. Going back to the same dealership a week later and buying another speaks volumes about both Subaru and Troncalli Subaru. They have earned our business, our trust, and our highest recommendation. Five stars simply aren't enough!
