Brian was very clear, helpful, and respectful. Plenty of time, normal salesmanship but not undue pressure. Once the purchase was made he spent a lot of time getting everything set up in the car- iPhone, Blue drive app/registration, remote start, features in the car, etc. Since some of the technology was new to us, the time was appreciated.
Overall, good experience and a very noticeable effort by the dealership to be a 5 Star dealership which translates down to the sales and post-sales paperwork process.

The dealership was very understanding and never made me feel pressured on buying a car. The dealership knows how to listen to me and made me feel comfortable on my car buying experience.

John had a tough case in getting me financed, but man he delivered with a reasonable deal that I could work with in my budget. Thanks for teaching me a few things also john. I got a used 2013 hyundai elantra that just suits me fine. Easily recommend them, the dealership, and experience for buying cars that makes for a smooth time. My serpentine belt broke unexpectedly on Saturday night. I dropped the car off at Marion Ford and wrote a note that I needed it back as soon as possible. They worked me in on Monday, fixed it, and I had the car back by the end of the day. The service department has always been wonderful to work with.

Just had an absolutely terrible experience. Went to buy a Chevy Cruze...got the financing done....They called me to come finish the paperwork at 430. Headed over from St Louis to sign. Arrived a little after 6 pm. THEY TOLD ME SORRY BUT WE SOLD THE CAR! WHAT! Absolutely disappointed. Then, tried to sell me a Hyundai which was a piece of junk. The salesman was in on the bait and switch the whole time. They suckered another couple before us using the same tactics. Very sad after leaving their dealership. I am reporting them to the FTC for consumer fraud and I am reporting them to the State of MO.

A lot of people say public speaking (or snakes) is their greatest fear. How about going into a car dealership to talk with a sales man about buying a new car. How many tricks will they pull on you? How many surprise added fees down the line? Not so with Auto Nation's sales associate John Kraniotis. I found him to be a straight shooter who helped me make a smart buying decision. His friendly demeanor and expertise about cars helped me to become comfortable with the whole process. Plus, he spent extra time a couple of days later to help me take advantage the ins-and-outs of the new car's features (which were new to me). Do yourself a favor and visit John as part of choosing which car and which dealership you want to buy from.

Make sure you call an hour before you get there to confirm your scheduled appointment on a vehicle is still there. Drove an hour to get there only to be told that my vehicle was already sold since yesterday, yet the sales man didn't tell me that even though we were texting in the morning about directions. Could be a bad sales person or might be their management team policy.

Had windshield replaced at dealership
Needed a new one after it cracked again, had it done at an independent place, come to find out the dealership installed the lowest model windshield in my Ultimate package vehicle.
When I told the manager he asked why didn’t I come back to him to get a new one.
I guess cheating me once wasn’t good enough for them.
Just had a tire rotation, all tires have different air pressure and not by 1lb difference more like 6lb. Never checked air pressure.
