I recently purchased a 2026 Kia Seltos from McGrath Arlington Kia, and overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience. Special thanks to Ethan, my salesperson, who was very helpful and made the process easy. The dealership team, including the managers, worked efficiently and ensured a quick turnaround — I was able to drive my new car home the very same day I first visited, which was impressive. That said, I didn’t get enough time to go over all the features in detail during the purchase. After delivery, I realized the Seltos I chose does not include some features I would have liked, such as wireless charging and the 360° surround view camera — features that are available in the Sportage, which is in a similar price range. Looking back, I might have considered the Sportage if I had the opportunity to compare both models more closely. Even so, my family and I are enjoying the Seltos, and it has been a good fit for us so far. While I wish I hadn’t missed out on a few features, I truly appreciate the professionalism and effort from the McGrath Arlington Kia team that made the purchase. Thanks, Rajasekar

We recently visited this dealership as we had just moved to Troy and I needed a new vehicle. I was looking for a specific K5. They didn’t have the exact one I wanted and I was in need of one immediately so we ended up not making a purchase here. I wanted to write a review though because Chuck was so friendly and helpful! He was knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and offered to have the one I wanted delivered to the dealership for me in 1-2 days. Had I not been in such a bind I’d have accepted his offer. I will definitely keep his information for future reference and I would happily refer friends and family to him as well.

Bought a 2025 Kia Telluride from Gerald Kia Naperville, I flew there and purchased the car and drove it home. Had a small scratch found on the car and the manager Gino stepped in and resolved the issue. I appreciate a dealer doing that me being 300 miles away. I Appreciate the communication to resolve this issue. The car is awesome and this is our 2nd Telluride as the other one was in a bad accident and the way it protected my wife, I wanted the same car and Gerald Kia had it with a good price.

I tried to book service for my 23 kia Sorento but they wouldn't let me and hung up on me. I was forced to go to Matteson, IL and I live less than a mile away from this service center. Matteson Illinois is approximately 25 miles away. Before that, they booked me for a recall and I waited. When the day came I was told there was no recall. I am an Black American and they don't appreciate my business so I will drive the 25 miles for service. All these years and apparently the hatred still exists. I will not force my way into where I am not wanted.

I brought my family to Courtesy Kia a couple of years ago and purchased two vehicles from their lot and later ordered a third; while replacing our Fords. We sat down with a salesman named John Bush and he has become the icon of terrific quality and trust. The process was immense with three people eyeballing him, asking questions, wanting demonstrations, and very vocal about what we wanted and needed. But John never faltered and answered every question we tossed him and made sure the paperwork was finalized for both us (our family) and the front office. After the purchases for my wife and daughter, I decided to go back the following year for myself and would not dare go anywhere else; except straight to John’s desk. Each time, John went over everything and discussed options, taking me back to see a model that had just come in that was being prepared for another customer that helped me decide for sure! What makes a salesperson great is what John is; by listening very carefully to what our daughter was saying about her excitement for her new Niro. John has extensive knowledge about vehicles and pointed out the family friendliness points of the Sportage to my wife. He was so transparent about his desire to really help us acquire the vehicles we really wanted with full honesty. Patient, empathetic, and remaining in touch to ensure we were satisfied with the vehicles, he helped make such a positive decision to buy! We were very honored to have found a salesperson who was not looking for a quick sale but a happy family when we drove away from the lot! Such wealth of knowledge, kindness, patience, and a desire to make the customer happy is why John Bush will always be the Salesman of the Year to us and for our next vehicles to come! Often imitated but shall never be duplicated in any way! Lou Fusz will only benefit substantially with the expertise and corporate knowledge of John Bush!

My wife’s 2025 Sportage has every light on the dash come - Vernon

My wife’s 2025 Sportage has every light on the dash come on after she turns on the car from a drive. We called Kia and told them so they had us bring the car on 7-28-2025. We took pictures of the dash and the codes on the Kia connect app and they told us they don’t take third party pictures even though it’s from the app and of the car as it was happening. The car will not let you put it in drive, every sensor and warning light come on. After turning it on and off the car will eventually let it go in drive but the check engine light will come on and tell you not to drive and have it towed. And then after we schedule a tow the check engine light will turn off like nothing happened. Kia told use they see the codes and there is nothing they can do. We will have to drive the car until it happens again which is unsafe because the car even tells us not to drive it. If you know the codes are there why not look into the codes and try to find the problem. I think they just don’t want to do they jobs and doesn’t care about the safety of there customers. Kia also telling us they can trade us out the car which we will lose money because we will have to finance another loan and lose out on the money we already paid into the car plus the first down payment. This Kia is not recommended and no one should buy a car from here because they do not value their customers or the safety. We got the cars 2-13-25. Update the car stopped again 8-10-25

No pressure, customer first experience! - arm64

We had been looking at the Kia Sorento for a while but dreaded going in to deal with another horrible sales experience. I was pleasantly surprised. We were greeted by Ted Raines and he was awesome! No pressure, knew his stuff and Mike Miller also made a point to introduce himself and welcome us. Derek in the finance office was also fabulous. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a good, honest deal. Thank you Mike Miller, Ted Raines and Derek! Love my 2016 Sorento!
