I have been a customer at Gates Nissan Richmond for over 15 years. This week I purchased my third new vehicle from them. Aladdin worked with me, and he is amazing! So knowledgeable. He explained and demonstrated all aspects of the car, and was a whiz in connecting my phone with all the technological components of the car. The vehicle I traded in was eight years old and I had no idea auto technology had changed so much in eight years. I know I'll be calling him to find out how to change a feature or how to set something up. Only Gates services my vehicles. The service department always friendly, always helpful. Jobs done right the first time. Never any do-overs. Kathy and Brian have been in the service department all the years I've been going to Gates. They always explain what repairs/service was done and what future maintenance/service may be needed. Gates is a great dealership. No pressure or pushy people. They will work with you in any way possible to make you a happy customer.

I purchased a new K4 earlier in June from Kia Preston - Anthony K.

I purchased a new K4 earlier in June from Kia Preston Highway and the overall experience was fantastic. I spent a couple of hours a week prior seeing and test-driving multiple models to familiarize myself with what Kia had to offer. Morgan patiently walked me through each model and answered all my questions. She was not pushy; she did not try to steer me in any direction. She let me figure out for myself what I ultimately wanted without resorting to any high-pressure sales tactics. When I made my decision and submitted a credit application, Alex got back with me quickly and made the arrangements for me to come in the next morning to sign all the paperwork. The process went smoothly; everybody was friendly and helpful. The finance department even worked to get me the best interest rate possible. I love the car and can honestly say that this was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. If you are interested in buying a Kia (and you really should), Kia Preston Highway will take very good care of you. Especially if you work with Alex and/or Morgan. I cannot recommend this dealership enough.

I went to Toyota of Frankfort to look at a 2024 Tacoma that I had saw on CarGurus.com. When I got out of the car I was instantly greeted by Chris Stewart, who was friendly and knowledgeable, but not pushy. We went for a test drive and I really liked the vehicle. I said I wanted to take a day to think about things. I went back the next evening and Chris was off that days, so I was introduced to Daniel who took over the deal. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and also, NOT pushy, which I liked! I decided to purchase the vehicle ans the entire process was fast, easy, and a pleasure. I left feeling like I had done business with someone who was straightforward and easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend Chris, Daniel, and the team at Toyota of Frankfort!
