I have a few cars that I take for service at Imperial's Jeep dealership. The last two times I was there I dealt with Mike. Very outgoing, caring, remembers who you are, just overall nice guy (funny too). I don't typically write reviews, but Mike is like an old friend greeting you as soon as you walk in. He really cares and goes above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of. More businesses should have people like Mike... a class act!!!

Purchasing it yesterday was seamless; thank you Steve in Parts! And, they even installed it for me; thank you Dave, Owen, and Lacey! I highly recommend Colonial South; superb customer service!

Sales people are wonderful! The service department is AWFUL! I’ve never been treated worse. The woman working the desk is rude, and will argue tooth and nail about anything! The way this department operates is sexist. Had to have my husband call to say the exact same thing, and ultimately deal with them
So they would lists ! Was told 2018 jeep grand cherokees go they tires every 20k miles.....bought the car with 5 miles- tires rated for 60k.

I was happy with the service provided! And was thrilled our jeep was still under a power train warranty. The only disappointment: we made an appointment for a tues (dropped it on mon night) and the car wasn’t looked at until wed morning. We did get the car back on late Wed afternoon. But Dave B in customer service was patient and kind.. even though I called multiple times to check on the Jeep.

Went in for a recall on my 16 charger Hellcat, they had to replace my cats, they tried to charge me 400.00 for 2 straps, when asked what there for, he never answered, 2nd they tried to charge me labor on a warranty/recall. They gave me a total estimate of 2400, I asked them you want me to pay you for this, the guy said yes. I contacted SRT and Dodge and filed complaints my car was serviced at another dealership and didn't cost anything. I would recommend finding a different dealer these are xxxx.

I was so excited when I found this place online- a Dodge... - bayjaws66
I was so excited when I found this place online- a Dodge dealership close to my work! I was in need of a new key fob for my 2018 Dodge Durango. I called the dealership Parts department and was told they had a key fob in stock and all I had to do was show up to the service area, purchase the fob and they can program it for me very quickly. No appointment needed.
When I arrived at location it was unclear where to park. There was no parking outside and the garage door was open so I pulled inside right in front of the service office. A man immediately rushed out and chastised me for parking there. “Why did you pull in here and park? I told him it was unclear where to go. He told me angrily that he was getting ready to close that door any minute and I need to back out right now!
I immediately did so and parked outside the door and went in. The woman behind the desk sighed. I smiled and said “Hi”. She greeted me back very snarkily. “Yes?” She said. I told her I needed a key fob. She said “well are you just gonna buy it, cuz you can gonacross the street and do that yourself”. I told her that no I need it programmed as well. She said “well there’s nobody here that can do that” in a very condescending tone. “You’re just gonna have to come back before three on a different day.” While I was never told this, I finally figured out that their hours were different from the sales hours. That’s fine, I understand hours of operation. I’m not stupid. However, a smile and a kind explanation from either of these people would have gone a looooong way.
Overall between the interaction with the aggressive man and with the abrupt and rude woman I felt very unwelcome. I felt like a weird interloping trespassing criminal with no business there and I have no reason to ever go back there again. What began as excitement in possibly finding my new Dodge dealership turned into disappointment and embarrassment.
I hope the next person is treated with more kindness than I experienced. I’m going to Herb Chambers tomorrow I guess. Lesson learned.
Drove 50 minutes just to go here - KyleF
After being denied by 4 other Jeep dealerships including the one I purchased my car from (Foss Cars, don't shop there, they're terrible) for service to repair an AC leak that had been present since I bought my car. Again, I cannot stress enough don't go to Foss. I was able to book a same week appointment on the weekend, in the morning, to get my car fixed. I was told by other dealerships it would be a multiple day fix and I'd most likely need a rental car. Acton CDJR was able to fix the issue in under and hour and get me on my way. I know where I will be coming for my next service appointment.

On 1/3/08, my ‘05 VW Passat had a burning smell and began to smoke from the rear. I had it towed to Barry VW. Service Manager Carl Evans had me sign a form to have the car diagnosed and arranged a courtesy ride to Enterprise car rental. The next day, Carl called with the results of the diagnosis: $1700 and 4-5 days, as the car needed “a new turbo line and turbo charger,” coming to $970 in parts and $670 in labor. I asked him to be more specific about the parts, to break it down by item. He said the $970 included the turbo line, charger and any necessary gaskets. I requested a written estimate. He said it’s not written down; he could just tell me over the phone. I said I wanted to stop by and pick up a written estimate; he said they don’t write them down. A $1700 repair, plus accruing rental car costs, put me in a financial crisis. I called Carl and asked if Barry would do any financing or payment arrangements for a repair that costly. He said no, but to try VW credit. I applied online at VWcredit.com in an attempt to get enough money to cover the repair bill. I considered not fixing the car and trading it in at the dealership there for an older car for my daughter in college. I asked friends and family for help. I sweated it out. Meanwhile, I had the car towed to another garage for a second opinion. As I paid the $100 diagnosis charge at Barry to get the key back, Carl told me again, “It needs a new turbo. Let me know if you decide to get it fixed.” The second opinion at Village Garage was radically different, resulting in a $147, hour-long repair. The diagnosis was a plugged breather screen. The mechanic cleared the screen and replaced the air filter and the problem was solved. This was nearly $1600 less than the repairs needed as stated by Barry VW. As a result of Barry’s fraudulent diagnosis, I incurred over $500 in car rental expenses, missed two days of work, tried to secure a credit line to cover the high repair cost, and had a week of extreme duress handling all this. When presented with the opportunity to take responsibility for the situation and make it right, Barry’s “powers that be” would consent to only one thing: refunding the $100 diagnosis fee.

I have been taking my IS250 to Lexus of Watertown for a while and then I switched just for minor tune up to Ishkan's Bazarian Motors thanks to my friend's recommendation, who is a car enthusiast. Since then, I never took my car to Lexus of Watertown again. Now, I pay between 50 to 70 percent less than I was paying at my dealership and get the same (or even better) service - the only thing I miss is the nice coffee machine and leather seats:)
I love my experience at this little shop - first, I knew I am not being screwed, second, I was getting superb service and third, my service finally got more personal. Ishkan is really friendly, trying to always help out anyway possible. Once, I had two flat tires after going over a huge stone on I-85 north at night and just towed my car to his place and left him voice-mail on his phone that night. I knew my car was all set, hassles free - and yes it was! He called me the next day and found really good replacements for the tires. I could never get this kind of service from my Lexus dealership. Although, I moved from Waltham to Wellesley, I still go to service my car here. I LOVE THIS PLACE!

A Tale of Fabulous Customer Service - Carnutz56
I purchased a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Brigham Gill's used car outlet in Hopkinton, MA. The process was seamless and Bill Fox was great. But that's only one reason why I would recommend this dealership.
After a week with my beautiful vehicle I noticed a "clunking " sound in the drivetrain. I called the dealership and they were great and took the vehicle in very quickly.
However when I got it back, the "clunking" was still there. They arranged that I bring the Jeep into the main dealership in Natick. Since this is a 3 hour round trip drive for me, they arranged for a loan car (they did not have to do this) for me to drive.
I was met by Tom, the Service Manager, who was aware of my situation. He road tested the vehicle with me, identified the issue and arranged for my loaner car. He then turned me over to Ed, an excellent service advisor. I was in and out in 45 mins in a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee ( Now I want a new one!!).
However the tale is not over yet!. When I went to pick up the vehicle, I drove a few miles and the "clunking" was back. Darn it! But I returned to Brigham -Gill Service immediately.
Ed and Tom were there to help. They were not frustrated with me, but rather they jumped on the issue right away, Tom had a tech ride with me and he heard the issue. They were as concerned with how I was feeling as much as they were with the problem itself.. Tom was so concerned that he arranged for the part I needed to be ordered, had one of his personnel drive to my house on Cape Cod, drop off a loaner (again a new (Grand Cherokee), and pick up my vehicle. NOW THAT IS SERVICE!
They did the same to pick up my vehicle! I was very impressed and you should be too.The vehicle is fixed and runs great now.
As I think about it, they could have given me a very typical response and pushed me out and on my way. But they didn't!! Instead they all took a personal interest in the matter and stuck with the issue until it was fixed. and I am sure at considerable expense too. They made me feel great and, honestly, I can't stop talking about their service to anyone who will listen. The GM should be proud of this group of Customer Service Experts.
I am a Brigham- Gill customer for life now!
Thank you Tom, Ed, Bill Fox and all the technicians that worked on my car . You guys are the best!
Went to Brookfield motors with my Magnum RT for a simple... - jeffmsp76
Went to Brookfield motors with my Magnum RT for a simple oil chg and tire rotation. As I take extreme care in maintaining my RT's appearance, I was already leery of having someone put a socket, or worse an IMPACT TOOL, to my beloved car's lugs. Imagine my dismay when I was advised that the previous owner had rounded the corners of the lugs just enough to make it impossible to remove them with the proper tool. INSTANT ulcer, with visions of some "get it done, get it out of here" service tech going to town on my wheels with a hammer and socket set. Not to worry though. Troy, the service manager assured me that they would complete the job scratch free. And he did, even taking the time to mock up a piece of cardboard and place it over the alloy wheel to keep them clean and scratch free. 99.9% of dealerships will NOT take the time to do this. They will instead blast them off with an impact gun and send you out the door without saying the word. I was extremely happy with my first experience at Brookfield motors and will now go there for all of my service. Although this was probably no big deal to Troy and his staff, it is this type of attention to detail that will keep a customer coming back. Thanks again!
