My wife and I went to Campbell Ford to have "The Works" done to our 2016 Edge. While waiting, I went over to talk to Carl Gilbert. We had no intention to buy a new car, our blue Edge was still doing it's job for us very well. I just wanted to talk about "The good old days -- horn rings, 28 cent gasoline, pump $1.00 worth and drain the hose (that would last the evening), the ol flat head V8-60,s, then the "Y" blocks and the "come over darling seats" (make a hard right turn with smooth seat covers and no center console).
Anyhow Carl mentioned that we qualified for some Ford incentives and discounts. Again, I wasn't thee to buy a new car, but the numbers he came up with perked my interest. He would change the year, the color, cancel "The Work" order, add sunroof, add a few features to help prevent a crash, all for only $11.16 more a month than our present monthly payments AN OFFER THAT I COULDN'T REFUSE. So that nice Bill Fletcher had me sigh about 20 times and said we could go and enjoy our new Edge. Carl helped us move our "stuff" from the 2016 to the new Edge and we drove home with smiles on our faces.
Thank you Carl, for a wonderful experience. (I think he even made it quit raining).

I received two safety recall notices in the mail for my vehicle. The first appointment I made left me disappointed. I came into the service center on the date/time I scheduled it and found out that no one had ordered the parts/had the parts on hand/etc. I wish they would have called to let me know they could not service my car that day. On top of that, right as I was going to leave one of the workers drove my car to the back of the dealership assuming it was going to be serviced. I missed some work that day.
However, my recent appointment was more than satisfactory. I spoke with the head of the service department. He worked hard for me to be able to get both of the recall services completed in one day. Management had workers drive me to and from work! It was also much further than the 10mile limit they usually drive.
The staff were enthusiastic, fun, and professional.
Would highly recommend their services!

I recently purchased an older Mustang and a few repairs were needed. I had reviewed dealer rating and Tom Holzer was well regarded. After my experience I completely agree. They diagnosed the issues I had and worked to minimize my cost while resolving all of the issues. The kept me advised of status when the repairs needed some new parts which needed to be ordered. They explained all the repairs again when I picked up the car and made sure I was happy. Should any other services be required in the future I will absolutely return to Tom Holzer.

I have been a customer of GLF for 10 years and have always been satisfied and here's a great example why. Recently I needed some bodywork done to the front end of my Wife's Explorer (deer hit). When I picked up the car I did notice a few things that weren't 100% right but life's not always perfect. When I talked with Ladd and Tim the Service Manager they both agreed and immediately took the car back into the shop without hesitation...I did not even has to ask! When I came back a few days later the car was flawless (thank you guys). We all encounter problems from time to time but its how you decide to handle them that really matters. Had a complete brake job, new everything. Brakes have been squealing since I left the shop. I've taken my truck back in two times for this issue and they are still squealing. I have been told, "This is normal", "It's not a safety issue", "Metal pads will do that" and "Maybe it's a loose piece of metal in there." The squeak is annoying but I am fed up with the service department so I guess I'll just live with it.

Would give 5 stars as this issue is not their fault, but a 4 year old Edge should not need a new engine. After searching the internet I discover it is an issue with the 2017 Edges and multiple people have had to have an engine replaced. And Ford has not done nothing. I fork over $6000 for a new engine and I have to rent a vehicle for a week. It is a bitter pill to swallow.
