Just bought my third Tundra from Lou Fusz. While I don't live in the area, my Mom who I visited often did so that is how I first visited Lou Fusz. She has since passed so I have no reason to return to the area but like the Service and Sales at this dealership so I still drive back to do my business here. Dealt with Steve Bachesta on this last truck and it was the easiest of my 3 purchases here. Traded fair and straightforward and explained the changes in features and options on the new truck before I left. Don't see how you can do any better than Steve and the rest of the Team here!

Stu is first rate. He answers all of my parts and tire questions and explains the pluses and minuses of going one way or another when I have to make 'preference' choices. I never have to worry about keeping track of anything: he is functional and organized. Plus, he's always polite and friendly--and he's a Kansas City Chiefs fan--so, I always enjoy talking to him when I go in to get something! PS: the service department is first rate. Love servicing my truck there; its' never a hassle, they know what they're doing, and their techs are highly competent.

I went in for service and while my vehicle was old the service department had taken good care of it. They directed me to a sales person (Steve LaFrance) who sold me a new chevy high country. Steve went the extra mile and I have a new truck now instead of new tires.
