Expecting an all day wait for a service issue to be fixed on my Nissan Sentra. Kristamarie who I believe is the service manager expedited and had me out of there in an hour. Pretty good service in my opinion especially it being Memorial Day weekend. Thumbs up to her and the staff at Matt Blatt Nissan.

Bob has been our Service Advisor for over close to a quarter of a century. Besides Mercedes we have other luxury vehicles. However, in our experience with all the Service Advisors no one comes close to Bob for Knowledge and Personality.
