When it comes to top-notch customer service, Mercedes-Benz Manhattan should be your first stop. This is my second vehicle with Mercedes, and both times I’ve had the pleasure of working with truly amazing people — especially John Hart, the Sales Manager.
I’ll be honest, my first experience had a few bumps due to a former sales consultant, but from day one, John took full ownership of any issues I had and kept in constant communication with me advising me when would be the right time to finance my car. He went above and beyond to make things right — even saving me money on a brand-new 2025 Mercedes! I originally planned to finance my previous Mercedes, knowing my payments would increase, but instead of letting me overpay, John crafted an even better deal. I’m truly grateful for his dedication and expertise!
John then introduced me to my new Sales Consultant, Katherine Calle, and just like him, she handled everything flawlessly — even when I caught a flat tire the very next day! What could have been a nightmare turned into an stress-free experience, thanks to John, Katherine, and the entire service team including Enrique Liranzo the finance manager who also saved me even more money and also Summer Hogan one of the Service Advisor who kindly treated me and explained to me the process of repairing my tire.
They all have made me feel valued, respected, and cared for as a customer — and because of that, they’ve earned a customer for life!
