Lia Toyota made it easy to schedule or change a Service appointment. I have a 2003 Avalon that stays in excellent condition with occasional necessary repairs and maintenance. My recent Service Rep, Brittany Trabona, was so helpful to me dealing with unusual car problems. She explained the process and time frame for solving the problems, and texted me with repair status updates while I waited. I was amazed that she brought the mechanic working on my vehicle to the Waiting Room so that together we could consult on the repair status and next steps; I never had contact with the mechanic before. This was reassuring to me, and required a follow-up appt after Lia received parts that had to be ordered. Brittany worked with me efficiently during the follow-up as well. I highly recommend Lia Toyota for Service.
