Everything went great, i’ve dealt with Tim Lally before in the past. I had one issue in the past. And that was taken care of better than I expected. In this moment in time, I have no problems with Tim Lally. Kim was great. She was excellent. Very professional and very courteous. Easy to talk to. The two gentlemen in the collision department, the one who did the initial estimate and the one who worked in the office, I had no problems.

Barry Sisler has been our sales representative for years we just love him!, He goes out of his way to find exactly what we’re looking for each and every time. This time my husband told Barry I want to hear a popping sound coming out of the exhaust when I accelerate the gas. With no problem Barry found the perfect choice for us. He was very thorough with all the details and answered all my questions throughout the entire process and even the next day he helped me with more questions. The entire staff there was great. When I left, I felt like I'd known them for a couple of years even though I had just met them all that day. I'm very happy with my new truck and I'm glad that I had the opportunity to meet Dustin and all the other great people there.
