I had an issue with my Volvo when visiting PA. I live in TX. They could not have been more accommodating. Lisa in Service was very nice, keeping me posted as to when they might get to my car. I figured I'd be there all day, but my car's issue was diagnosed, handled and I was on my way home by noon. My 4th Volvo and I've previously had service in NJ, PA, TX, and GA. But to get "walk-in" service and be handled promptly is a real treat. Thanks to Lisa & Ken Pollock Volvo.

Great service, I bought a car out of state and they helped me through every step of the process. I have spoken with other dealers and they said that they could not sell me a car without me personally coming to the dealership because I live in MA (according to other dealers MA is a state to which they cannot ship a car, or something along those lines, a difficult jurisdiction either way), but Paul Sevag worked with me to get everything done and worked with my insurance agent and the DMV to get everything taken care of remotely. Phil has been extremely helpful and proactive so a well deserved five stars from a satisfied customer all around.

Michael Kinney — my sales associate turned therapist — could not have been more understanding. He took his time with me and was thorough and fair while negotiating the price on my new Mazda CX-30. My new Mazda is beautiful. In fact, I drove from New York City to meet it. Little did I know it would be my red Mazda’s last great road trip. The irony? I bought that fierce red machine in the Lehigh Valley, PA… and returned it to the Keystone State. Full circle. If you love your car and it’s quietly telling you “it’s time,” I’d consider visiting Michael. He doesn’t charge for the hours of talk therapy.

I was offered the top amount for my trade-in. Dont know if it was a coincidence or not but my sales consultant was waiting for me at the door for our appointment. Purchase went well without pressure, stress, or surprises. The process did take too long from sit-down to drive-off was 3 hours. A lot of waiting. But everything went smooth and I was given a full tank of gas so I'm not upset about the extended process. This will be the first dealer I look at when I am ready to buy again.
