This is an Awesome Dealership, with amazing people. I live an hour and a half away and they worked with me over the phone for a few days until I made my final decision. We had a little miscommunication about my trade in which I honestly thought it was gonna be a deal breaker and I wouldn't get the Audi, but to my surprise they worked hard to get me approved with my negative equity. Usually when you go to purchase a new car your thinking long waits and expecting to take up half your day but by the time I got there they literally had basically everything ready to go. I took the car for a test drive, loved it of course, we came back and they had paperwork ready to go. I was in and out in under an hour. Ethan is super friendly and he is on top of his stuff. Thanks Chapman Ford for taking the time to get me in a new ride.

I’m usually not a fan of the entire car buying process, but I have to say my experience working with Cramer Auto and sales rep Johnathan K. has been the smoothest and most fastest experience I’ve ever had. As soon as we walked in, the entire staff was welcoming and helpful. Johnathan had the vehicle I was interested pulled up to the front, the test drive was very easy going and informative, and his service remained that way throughout the time spent at the dealership . We were in and out of the dealership within two and a half hours including test driving the vehicle, trading in my previous vehicle, getting a finance quote, and finally driving off the lot with the new vehicle. All in all, I’m very happy with the service I’ve received and definitely would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
