This was the third or fourth car that we have bought at blue knob I called and talked to Scott about the car that I had chosen and 24 equinox he told me not to come up that day because they were having an ice storm but he would hold the car for me when I arrive the next morning at 9 o’clock my car still had a lot of ice, but Scott had the engine running, warming it up. I arrived at 9 o’clock and was driving home at 10 o’clock. I recommend blue knob to everyone and Scott was great to deal with

From a service aspect Faukner Toyota Trevose is top notch, I had an issue with the navigation in my Highlander, I brought it in to be assessed, it was discovered that the entire head unit had to be replaced, they sent me home and would call when the new one arrived, in about a week or so it made it to the dealership, with a cracked screen! Brad, the service advisor even sent me a picture to avoid any doubt in my mind. The “next” new one arrived in another week or so, I was called to come in, I left with a loaner car happy and looking forward to getting my car back with a working navigation system. A few days later and I was all fixed up! I also had an issue with an oil leak, this too was faced head on, they had the car for over a week, the leak wasn’t that bad, but the location it was in made it take as long as it did. In an effort to be clear and honest they do try to “upsell” on certain things, as any dealership does, but are not over pushy. Any issue I’ve had, and they were only the two I described were corrected to my satisfaction in a professional and prompt manner. The fact that they supplied me with a loaner is very important to me as well, I give Faukner Toyota a solid 5/5. I’m confident that you will feel the same way if a problem arises with your Toyota!
