My husband and I walked into the dealership, welcomed immediately by Cam. We were I’m-pressed from hello. We had no idea we would be her first sale and actually had just planned on looking at options. The inventory she showed us was outstanding. I was told in other dealerships that I won’t find one car with all I’m expecting. Cam made us feel very comfortable! We were honest with her about just in the looking stage. Yet she spent almost 5 hours with us letting me drive different models, look at all my color options and make my mind up only to change it. Cam was a trooper! The whole team at the Gainesville store seem to really mesh together well, helping each other out, etc. I can’t say enough great things to describe our wonderful experience. We actually bought a car from Cam and we are privileged to be her first sales at the Gainesville store. She is by far my go to for sales for my next Mercedes. That says a lot since we live in Erie Pa and have been driving Benz for over 25 years. I’ve never walked out of a dealership feeling like I will miss all the people we met through the purchase process there. Remember “Alaska Cam” She is the best salesperson I’ve ever worked with! Also, a special thanks to Tom for “assisting” Cam, Vincent for your expert negotiation skills, and to Jeff for making the time to meet us! Overall very satisfied with the service department. Had a few serious issues that needed fixing and the process was smooth from beginning to end. My only issue and it seems petty, but if I spend almost $10,000 on services, the cleaning of the vehicle before giving back should probably get more attention when the service is done. Kind of looked like it was rushed and missed grime on the rims and around the car. Appreciate the effort, but if you're going to wash and clean the vehicle before return it should be done well.

My journey began with Ray, the best car salesman over at Mercedes-Benz of Wesley Chapel about 6 years ago. It has been nothing short of great from the day I stepped into the dealership until now. While the dealership has had a facelift, the customer service has not faltered. Susan in the service department is Amazing! She has been my service representative for 5 years. I love that she goes above and beyond to insure that I have the best experience possible. She also is very transparent and forth coming. From the courtesy of the staff when I drive up to drop my car off for service to the smiles of the cashiers are great as well! I really appreciate the patience, empathy, and grace that management showed Me and my family as well! My only recommendation is that they need to fix the automated phone, answering service. It was very difficult to reach a live person.

I had a very disappointing experience at Mercedes-Benz of Tampa due to my interaction with Jose Perez, who is now a manager there. I originally worked with him when he was a manager at a Hyundai dealership while I was considering purchasing a Hyundai Kona. I ultimately decided not to move forward with that purchase, which is completely within my right as a customer. When I later visited Mercedes-Benz of Tampa with genuine interest in buying a vehicle, I was shocked by how I was treated. Jose Perez was rude and unprofessional, and I was essentially told that he would not sell me a Mercedes because I chose not to buy the Kona previously. This felt personal, inappropriate, and completely out of line—especially for a luxury brand dealership. A customer’s past decision not to purchase a different vehicle at a different dealership should never be used against them. I expected a high level of professionalism from Mercedes-Benz, but this experience was the opposite. I would strongly caution others and hope the dealership addresses this behavior

Very dishonest organization, and it is truly unfortunate that it is in Mercedes-Benz dealer. They sold me a car that had 12,000 miles on it and with the 130 point inspection and full detail. After receiving the call, I realized your car was never detailed. I never even waxed. Additionally, the left front tire was flat and should've been replaced before releasing the car. The battery level was at 11.94 which is very low and complete unacceptable. The manager spoke to me and completely lied to me that the car on the went all the above and was shipped to me in XO and condition. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. It's truly disgraceful that a Mercedes-Benz dealer in the United States should be this dishonest. Stay away
