I came in for service on my 2018 Teague one. The air-conditioning had gone out the first problem I’ve ever had with it. The service department was awesome. They did everything they could for me and tried to get me going when I had to leave town. GO and Saura were very helpful and sweet. They loan me a car. I didn’t have to drive very far. I didn’t put that many miles on it, but I really appreciate it. The dealership where I bought my car was in Leasburg, which is an hour away I was so excited that we had one right here in Clermont. After negotiating with 2 other VW dealers I found Gunther VW using True Car. Gunther’s first offer was lower than the previous offers after back and forth negotiations with the previous dealers They made there first and best offer right away without me having to haggle with them like the first 2 dealerships. After seeing the offer from Gunther one of the first dealerships now said they would like an opportunity to match or beat the offer from Gunther. By this point, I just appreciated that Oscar from Gunther gave me the best price he could right from the beginning and the price didn’t depend on my ability to talk them down. Oscar showed me he was dealing in good faith and I didn’t bother to offer the other dealer to match. Gunther earned my business and I made the purchase today and couldn’t be happier with the experience. They handled most of the paperwork before I arrived and all together it only took a little over an hour to close the deal and get the car detailed, fueled up and ready to go. Great experience all around. Thank you Oscar. You were polite, funny and a pleasure to deal with.

However, the dealership team came through when only 4 days after purchase, & before our extended warranty was in effect, we had a tire blowout! Jenkins Leesburg VW replaced not only THAT tire, but the other rear tire so the proper balance would be maintained for the AWD.
