When presenting me with options, he always prioritized what would be best for me long term, financially, and safety wise. I appreciated his humanity and never felt pressured. He is friendly and happy to help, and he even came in on his day off so I could get the car keys sooner. He goes above and beyond to make customers feel valued. I am so happy to write this review after my recent experience with my local Honda Dealership in Hyannis, Ma. I had to choose the next closest dealer that treated us like we were part of their family immediately. I made one phone call to the Amazing Management Team at Tufanjian Honda of Plymouth and was given the most amazing sales experience of my life. I was a Service Manager for the local dealer for 18 years and thought I was family, well misplaced loyalty was the lesson I learned. What I also learned is that my previous opinion of Honda of Plymouth was so incorrect. Contempt Prior to Investigation has caused me immense grief in the past. I learned that true Compassion, Humility, Rigorous Honesty exists still in the Automotive New Car Dealer Industry. Incredible Integrity was shown by all in this completely transparent sales process. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Thank You Mike b. all the Chris's and MIke's we met along the long journey "Overseas" to find my Son's Dream Car. I purchased a 2024 Honda Ridgeline from Friendly Honda and added the $854 lighted running boards, which were rolled into my financing and covered by an extended warranty. Within two months, the driver-side light failed. This has now happened five separate times in less than a year. After being patient through five repair attempts, I asked Manager Michael Glynn to simply remove the defective product and provide a refund or credit toward a different style of running board. Instead of standing behind what they sold me, I was told to file a claim with Honda Corporate. Honda Corporate then claimed the part was out of warranty. For a dealership with "Friendly" in the name, they showed zero interest in customer retention or basic fairness. I am now stuck paying for a defective product that hasn't worked for more than two months at a time.

Went in for oil change and transmission service. Got home found fluids on my drive way, thought it was just a messy job, a week later still have fluids leaking out. I was not told of any issues before during or after service which the mechanic would have said if there was something he found before service. Sadly thought I could trust a dealership that charges $179 an hour.

He could not have been more gracious to me. During the process, he educated me about trade-in values and how to research what my car was worth online.
