I have bought many cars in my lifetime but this was the easiest most pleasant experience I have ever had. My granddaughter needed a newer car-hers died on the side of the highway! We went to 4 dealerships looking and hours of research on the internet. Stopped into Portsmouth Car Center on Sunday and they were so busy but took the time to tell us to feel free to look around the cars were all unlocked. we walked around and found a couple of models that might work. Elijah gave us the keys and we test drove it. I loved the fact there was no pressure, no trying to upsell! It was late so we decided to "think about it". I called the next day and we got the perfect car, great upfront pricing, incredible warranty and excellent finance rate. I have never left a dealership feeling so good about the decisions and felt so appreciated. Highly recommend this place ask for Elijah Fox and Jake.

They were willing to deliver the vehicle right to me and pick up my trade. Pricing was far more competitive than dealers closer to me, and they paid a high value for my trade. From start to finish, I never felt pressured, and I received timely answers throughout the entire process. Recently the owners have decided to reduce customer support: No Fast Lane Oil Changes, and Now they will not detail vehicles they sold in favor of detailing other dealer's vehicles. I will Not buy another vehicle there.
