This place is the worst experience I have ever had with any company. Run.
These people are so bad its not even funny, problems every time I bring it in with the service center. Nothing but lying on the phone saying whatever then you go to pay and its a different story.
- Brand New 2023 Tucson, Seat 'wore out' twice in two years. When it gets cold the cheap plastic seats just crack. They replaced it once, said they would do it again and then refused.
-One giant issue is the predatory lending, I financed the car thinking I would pay it back in a few months to build credit. Paid it down in less then a year on autopay. The company automatically puts excess payment into a secret account and does not pay down the principle. It took all the extra put it in a secret account and slowly paid themselves back over the longer term to acquire more interest. The crazy part is they switched my email behind the scenes so I did not see. Thought it was paid off and 3 years later they start sending me angry letters in the mail saying I am behind on my payments. Turns out they hid excess pay in a secret account, turned off auto pay before it met the car amount and changed my email in the back so I couldn't see. On the website there is no way to pay down the principle ahead of the minimum payment, you must call and do it over the phone which takes forever on hold every single time.
These people suck. Hyundai 112, Hyundai Motor Fincance and Hyundai manufacturer. They are all manipulative and terrible companies. Especially Hyundai 112, even if you want a Hyundai don't go their unless you really want a headache. Its like going to the worst most industrialized dental office every time you go.
