From the time that I called to confirm a particular car on their lot, the greatest car buying experience started. Josh Brown, Sales Manager, had brief conversation with me, confirmed that the vehicle was there, and invited me down to the dealership. He told me that he would match me with a rep who's personality would be a great match. He was right. My sales rep was Frankie, a young, intelligent young man with a bright future ahead of him. We didn't just speak about cars, but about real life. He even bought me lunch. He didn't sell me a car, I'd already done my research, he helped me make a car purchase. Prior to arriving at this dealership, which is an hour and a half away, the other 6 dealerships only ended in disappointment. The experience didn't end at the sale of the car. The car had a few unexpected issues when I drove off of the lot. This was bad. I asked myself if I'd just purchased a problem. Even worse, the car was for my wife - her hopes were high and she was excited about replacing the 15 year old vehicle that we've transported the kids in throughout their youth. Mommy was getting a big girl car! But that excitement was cut short with the issues. Josh apologized and said, "bring it back... we'll make it right". And, he and his team, did. We even had a loaner vehicle while they fixed ours. Their service didn't stop after the sale. They took accountability and serviced a customer. Great job, Team. You will be first on my list for future purchases.
