I recently purchased a 2024 Range Rover from Step One GMC Cadillac Fort Walton Beach, and I had an outstanding experience with Karen, Johnny, and General Sales Manager Jason Alston. From start to finish, Karen was professional, patient, and very easy to work with. She kept me updated by text and phone, sent clear numbers up front, and had everything prepared before I made the trip in from out of town. When I arrived, the vehicle was exactly as described and there were no surprises. Johnny in finance did an excellent job coordinating my Bank of America business auto loan. He respected that I already had my own financing in place and made the process smooth, efficient, and pressure-free. Since I didn’t get a survey after my recent visit ,I felt the need to let you know what a gem you have in your service dept., Carly Watts. I arrived there on a Monday morning in a tow truck with my car and 400 miles from home. When I first spoke with her she told me that it would be at least Thursday before I could get on the schedule. I explained to her that we were there on vacation and supposed to leave for home that Thursday. Not only did she put me on priority,she helped me get a rental because you had not loaners, and she kept me updated on things.I picked up my car that Tuesday afternoon. How fortunate you are to have such an amazing professional employee on your staff. On a 5 star review I would have given her a 10.

I purchased a 2015 mustang gt, that didn’t seem to have been inspected properly or at all. The brakes squeaked and I had to do my own inspection and jack up the vehicle to notice that the brake pads are almost gone and the brake clip is touching the rotors and that’s the first issue. The second issue is the paint chips that weren’t shown in the photos with one being so bad on the driver side rear panel above the rear tire that metal is showing that can rust and the biggest issue is that water was leaking behind the dashboard where the electronics are. I took pictures and documented the mileage because the vehicle had to go to a 3rd party to get fixed and it has been about a week with no updates. When I pick up the vehicle I will be inspecting it in the parking lot before I sign any documents and will request the repair invoice that shows the mileage when it was taken in to make sure everything lines up and is justified and that my vehicle is returned with no new scratches or damages, I aspect to receive it as I dropped it off with the issues fixed. This is my last purchase from them because I’ve only had the vehicle for 4 days and haven’t had time to enjoy it. If I don’t receive the vehicle fixed or in worst condition then how I dropped it off further action will be taken.
