While I bought a lincoln at a ford store, I wanted a Lincoln and did not like the pressure of the Novi store. I had bought a F150 from Al Sibilla and was completely satisfied, so I asked him if we could buy at his store. He got back to me quickly. Scott Maxey was the real benefit with his knowledge on Lincolns. Tha was important to us because we were leaving Cadillac after 30 years. So far the only issue I have is there is not a book for all the normal items such as how do I get the car to open the garage door? I have also interacted with service writers (I am having a hitch put on) and people bring my car to my house. All polite and knowledgeable. I also had a recall done on the truck at my house; Tech knew what he was doing and fast. When done, he asked me if I needed anything else; I told him my cabin lights did not work. Two minutes later they did!

He took a nice video and told me exactly where there were dents and dings National, where the other two dealerships did not. I purchased the vehicle the next day. Thanks Ralph! You did a great job.

The layout of the dealership was inviting: several different models were displayed on the showroom floor. The staff were professional and welcoming. Unlike another local dealership I visited, the salespeople at Suburban Subaru were attentive and ready to assist (without being pushy) from the moment I first stepped inside the showroom. I also liked the selection of inventory that Suburban Subaru had on hand; for the model and trim I chose, there were three different vehicles already on the lot. Staff were highly knowledgeable about the models I was interested in and took the time to thoroughly answer my questions. It was a pleasure working with them. The only criticism I have is that the sale of extended coverage felt somewhat high pressure. For the amount of the additional cost involved, I would have appreciated having time to think about it rather than make a decision right on the spot. I think the options available could have been provided to me prior to closing. Lesson learned, and I will insist on more lead time in the future.

Had a problem with the paint on new purchase of a 25 Explorer due to poor QC at Ford Chicago 😔 ! My salesperson Mackenzie was helpful & understanding and stepped up to help get problem resolved in timely manner along with the help of the sales manager Steve got me in a loaner to get 3 panels re painted !! Not an ideal circumstance but Mackenzie and Steve at Suburban Ford Sterling Heights get a thumbs up from me for showing they care about their customers !!!!!!
