Yesterday I came to Marino Chrysler Jeep Dodge, and this is now my third vehicle that I’ve purchased with JC. This time, I bought a brand-new 2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Limited, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I just want to take a moment to recognize JC for his outstanding professionalism and exceptional customer service. Every time my family and I come in, he makes us feel right at home. He always takes the time to answer our questions, makes the entire process smooth and stress-free, and truly goes above and beyond. We absolutely love our new Jeep, and we can’t thank JC enough for all of his hard work and dedication. From start to finish, an excellent experience. Jared Nelson, our salesman, was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Kept in contact with me as he was finding the exact car, which took only a few days. The day we picked up the car he seemed genuinely excited for me! Although the process of picking up a new car tends to be a bit long, he continually made sure that he was right there with us answering any and all questions. He took his time and was very patient while going through the workings of my new car, assuring me to feel free to call him if I was having difficulty with anything. Before we left, he asked if we'd like him to take a photo, which turned into a small photo shoot. Also, the Finance Manage, David Didier was excellent! Gave us information on different options, without ever being pushy. He let us decide what would work best for us with giving his opinion only when asked. I would highly recommend Wickstrom!

Although I live 26 miles away, accirding to the rep at the car show in Chicago, AP was the dealership that finally had the Charger I waited so long for. My 2013 that I'dI had for over 10 years, in pristine condition, & only 40M miles, was briadsuded. I truly cannot say enough good things about each & every one at AP, from those pn the sales floor to those behind the scenes. A particular that you to those thar answered my numerous phone callswith questions and concerns about my new 2026 Charger that I ordered during the 20 weeks it took for her to be born & delivered. A special thanks too to those who worked hard to give me options when it turned out the new r/t Chargers were not available at the time of my first visit. The sale person, Dakota, who greeted me, called me when I could finally order my car, and has taken real good care of me all through the delivery process, is truly an asset to the Sl Piemonte Dealership. He still is making sure that my appointments are made for what needs to be done on my new car. I would definitely return to AP should I need a vehicle in the future.
