I am so grateful to have someone so trustworthy to keep - dese

I am so grateful to have someone so trustworthy to keep my Volvo maintained! I feel that I am kept well informed of the condition of my car and never feel pressured! Especially with the world as it is and being a senior that might be viewed as vulnerable, I am so very grateful for Matt and the rest of the crew at Niello! Matt will explain issues that will need to be addressed in future visits so that we can plan accordingly. We love our Volvo, it is our second one and should we ever need a new car it will be a Volvo and the crew at Niello is a large reason for our loyalty.

This review is an update to my previous review in which I only gave Abe 4 stars because I was waiting on actual delivery of the car. Not even a day after I posted that review the car arrived...and in perfect condition. I happy to report that I am amending my previous review to give Abe a well-deserved 5 stars when it comes to professionalism in auto sales. Thanks again, Abe.

Fatima is the absolute best! - sacm3bill

Fatima is the absolute best! She helped me order a custom build, and the process from initial phone call to taking delivery went more smoothly than I ever could have hoped. She was courteous, professional, friendly, and always available to answer questions. She kept me informed/updated at all times. Most importantly, she negotiated a fair deal and followed through with no surprises. As long as Fatima is at Niello there is no one else I would ever buy a car from, and I will be recommending her to all my friends and family. Additionally, everyone else I interacted with (as part of coming in to see Fatima) were very helpful and friendly.

It's truly uplifting to see good deeds and good customer service recognized, and I'm thrilled to share my exceptional experience at Maita Mazda of Sacramento. I had a warranty issue with a driver's side door rattle that was promptly addressed and fixed by Maita Mazda's outstanding service department. I must commend Colby, the service manager, and Ron for their remarkable communication and patience. They kept me informed every step of the way, ensuring a seamless experience, even when parts had to be ordered and a loaner provided. It's a testament to Maita Mazda's commitment to excellence that they were able to overcome obstacles and resolve the issue. I'm eager to acknowledge and celebrate their outstanding service. Thank you, Maita Mazda. sincerely, George M.
