My experience at Honda Valencia was amazing. I scheduled an oil change and was told I was covered for it in advance through text. However, when I showed up they told me I was not covered. Maricruz went to talk to a service advisor and came back saying that I am not covered, but that they will honor the deal and throw in tire rotations because of the miscommunication and try to figure out the error on their end. I did not wait long for them to break the news to me about honoring the deal and getting me on my way. I very much appreciated them honoring the price and will for sure be back.

We had the Honda CRV Hybrid 4wd narrowed down to the car of choice for my wife. Sunnyvale Honda was the first stop looking since it was closest. We were immediately greeted by Gil and he led us to exactly what were had in mind and went over all the features. Then, as usual, wet with Ebraham, the general sales manager. He was completely transparent learned that I was very knowledgeable about cars and that I have a have experience in corporate management, we went directly to the invoice to arrive at a price. All were very friendly and there was no usual "salesman pressure". The car was prepared for us and Gil went over everything in detail during an educational second test drive with my wife and before driving the car off the lot.
