I came in knowing what I wanted after being let down by another Lexus Dealership. Specifically I was looking for an IS 350 Sport in blue, and as stated, was originally looking at a different dealer, but after having the vehicle I wanted sold out from under me, I checked out South Bay. I initially called to see if they had my vehicle in stock, or on the way. They didn't, but I agreed to come in and at least take a look. The original South Bay dealer I talked too had to leave early but referred me to Mr. Brandon Takeuchi. I arrived late, but Brandon wasn't concerned at all. He actually took me to his office before anything, and had a pleasant conversation with me about my situation, my wants, and what had happened before. I told him my story, and he asked what I wanted from him. I asked him to show me some cars, and he gave me a text drive in an IS 350 they had on the lot. I instantly loved the car and decided I would like one. Brandon talked to me about my options. I originally wanted to purchase/finance, but in this case a lease was a better option for me. Brandon explained the situation and gave me the choice. I ended up with a brand-new IS 350. It wasn't at the dealer yet, it was still on the boat for delivery, but we did the paperwork, and a few days later I drove off the lot in an amazing brand new Lexus IS 350. Brandon was not pushy, he was not selling me a vehicle, he was presenting me with fact, and answering my questions. I made the decision, and I was not pushed or coerced in any way. I am completely comfortable and happy with my purchase. I've purchased a new vehicle 6 times prior to this, and I can truthfully say, this was the easiest, least stressful, most pleasant experience I've had. In this case, I didn't feel like I was a customer making a purchase but rather I felt like I was joining an elite club, or becoming a new member of the family. I sincerely appreciate the customer service, professionalism, and one on one experience I received from Lexus, but also from Brandon. I doubt I would have purchased a Lexus if it wasn't for his exceptional customer service. I was treated with respect and consideration. I was not treated as a mark, not treated as a customer, rather I was treated as a person, and a contemporary. The value of a smaller dealer is in the way they are able to treat customers. I went in and being treated by amazing Felishea and then José. I told them exactly what I was looking for and the price range and payments I wanted (I did my extensive research already, so I knew what the going market was, no unreasonable ask). José came back 5 minutes (!!!) later (no waiting games, no back and forth hassles) with an offer matching my ask. I took the offer, told them I’ll think about it. They were very nice and real, no xx, no haggling, no “what else can I do to convince you”, just clean, nice doing normal business and transparency. I went to a few other dealers, including the big AutoNation in Cerritos (they suck and will screw you when selling, when servicing a car ($2000 for an alternator replacement + $200 for “diagnosis”). None of them could match Cabe’s INITIAL offer!!! Not only that, but: 1. I preferred black color, which they didn’t have in stock and they called around and found one at a different dealer and got it for me at the same price. Unbeatable! 2. Discussion came about returning my Mazda lease and they said they can take it as a trade-in and match or even beat CarMax’s offer I got online. Amazing! I returned to Cabe Toyota and shook hands on their deal. They worked hard and got everything ready (it was already late in the day) by next morning, before the year end. They really “Make it easy” (Toyota’s slogan)!!! They also gave me some good deal on maintenance (some good freebies and some extra). The best dealer I have ever interacted with in the last 25 years, by far, hands down! No haggling, no games, no xx, no hidden charges when signing, no push for anything I didn’t need (Angel was also amazing on the finance side). This is now my family’s dealer for life. If you ever shop for a Toyota, Cabe’s is where you should go. Check them out then see if you like them. Thank you José, Felishea, Angel! The most pleasant experience ever!

They do a GOOD enough job. However, they lack attention to detail. I asked for the old parts back and I did not get it. The service agent failed to note it down on the paperwork. No longer the 5 star service. We have been coming to Nissan EG since 2003. They used to have a free shuttle to bring home people while waiting for the repaired vehicle. Time have sure changed.

I would gladly repeat this experience for another vehicle the dealership, my salesperson Tyler everything went very smoothly. I was out at the door in about 45 minutes. Why can’t all my buying experiences be exactly like that in the future. I will return to Paradise Chevrolet in the next year when I buy another truck for my business.
