The value of a smaller dealer is in the way they are able to treat customers. I went in and being treated by amazing Felishea and then José. I told them exactly what I was looking for and the price range and payments I wanted (I did my extensive research already, so I knew what the going market was, no unreasonable ask). José came back 5 minutes (!!!) later (no waiting games, no back and forth hassles) with an offer matching my ask. I took the offer, told them I’ll think about it. They were very nice and real, no xx, no haggling, no “what else can I do to convince you”, just clean, nice doing normal business and transparency. I went to a few other dealers, including the big AutoNation in Cerritos (they suck and will screw you when selling, when servicing a car ($2000 for an alternator replacement + $200 for “diagnosis”). None of them could match Cabe’s INITIAL offer!!! Not only that, but: 1. I preferred black color, which they didn’t have in stock and they called around and found one at a different dealer and got it for me at the same price. Unbeatable! 2. Discussion came about returning my Mazda lease and they said they can take it as a trade-in and match or even beat CarMax’s offer I got online. Amazing! I returned to Cabe Toyota and shook hands on their deal. They worked hard and got everything ready (it was already late in the day) by next morning, before the year end. They really “Make it easy” (Toyota’s slogan)!!! They also gave me some good deal on maintenance (some good freebies and some extra). The best dealer I have ever interacted with in the last 25 years, by far, hands down! No haggling, no games, no xx, no hidden charges when signing, no push for anything I didn’t need (Angel was also amazing on the finance side). This is now my family’s dealer for life. If you ever shop for a Toyota, Cabe’s is where you should go. Check them out then see if you like them. Thank you José, Felishea, Angel! The most pleasant experience ever!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Eric! I had been to several other dealerships while trying to decide what I wanted, and my experience with Eric was completely different in the best possible way. He stayed late TWO nights in a row helping me, answering all of my questions, and being incredibly patient while I went back and forth trying to make up my mind. I was definitely indecisive, but not once did Eric make me feel rushed, pressured, or like I was wasting his time. He never tried to push me into a vehicle just to make a sale. He was so accommodating and genuinely nice. He made sure I was comfortable, got me a soda, answered every question I had, and most importantly, never made me feel stupid for asking questions or changing my mind. Talking to him honestly felt more like talking to a family member than a salesperson. After the experiences I had at other dealerships, I really appreciated the way Eric treated me. He made what could have been a stressful experience feel comfortable and easy, and I ended up leaving very happy with my purchase. I’ve been using Paradise Chevrolet for the past four years since I’ve moved here I bought two Corvettes and I have a trail boss Chevy truck. They were servicing for me. Their service department is excellent with Ted Stark and then I met Ryan Kelly, and he had a new hard to get 2027 C8 grand sport what a great car and of course I bought it he was great. He’s getting a new one too. They’re really hard to find. It’s the launch edition. My VIN number is actually number eight one of the first ones off the line and he has another one so if you want one, go see Ryan Kelly at Paradise Paradise Chevrolet I wouldn’t go anywhere else to buy a Chevrolet or a Cadillac Paradise Chevy has always been the place for me. You guys should go check it out and buy that grand sport from Ryan. I’m sure he could use the money. He’s got six kids a wonderful guy.

I appreciate the service department for their professional and courteous work on my F150 FX4 Supercrew. I had scheduled "The Works" (oil change, other fluids, inspection, and tire rotation, at the designated time frame from my last service. Unfortunately, or kinda fortunately, the front passenger window came off track just before my Quick Lane appointment date. So we added replacing the regulator and motor in that window, along with several smaller issues: A pillar needed holding tap installed, and my left tail stop light needed replacement. Understandably, the parts for the window/door were not in stock, so Folsom Lake Ford service completed the "Works" service and I came back another day for the window mechanism repair. Not inexpensive, but I was consulted on estimate changes and progress while I waited by Jaye Ford, service rep. I appreciate the work done and the communications. Gerry
