The value of a smaller dealer is in the way they are able to treat customers. I went in and being treated by amazing Felishea and then José. I told them exactly what I was looking for and the price range and payments I wanted (I did my extensive research already, so I knew what the going market was, no unreasonable ask). José came back 5 minutes (!!!) later (no waiting games, no back and forth hassles) with an offer matching my ask. I took the offer, told them I’ll think about it. They were very nice and real, no xx, no haggling, no “what else can I do to convince you”, just clean, nice doing normal business and transparency. I went to a few other dealers, including the big AutoNation in Cerritos (they suck and will screw you when selling, when servicing a car ($2000 for an alternator replacement + $200 for “diagnosis”). None of them could match Cabe’s INITIAL offer!!! Not only that, but: 1. I preferred black color, which they didn’t have in stock and they called around and found one at a different dealer and got it for me at the same price. Unbeatable! 2. Discussion came about returning my Mazda lease and they said they can take it as a trade-in and match or even beat CarMax’s offer I got online. Amazing! I returned to Cabe Toyota and shook hands on their deal. They worked hard and got everything ready (it was already late in the day) by next morning, before the year end. They really “Make it easy” (Toyota’s slogan)!!! They also gave me some good deal on maintenance (some good freebies and some extra). The best dealer I have ever interacted with in the last 25 years, by far, hands down! No haggling, no games, no xx, no hidden charges when signing, no push for anything I didn’t need (Angel was also amazing on the finance side). This is now my family’s dealer for life. If you ever shop for a Toyota, Cabe’s is where you should go. Check them out then see if you like them. Thank you José, Felishea, Angel! The most pleasant experience ever!

I've only recently acquired my CPO Macan from Porsche Redwood City and so I can only comment on the buying experience, but I would rate it 5 stars. I worked with Sam Pham - Internet Sales Manager - and he is great. The transaction was very smooth and Sam took the time to answer my questions, guide me through the process and remind me about after purchase items that I should take care of - insurance, arrival and installation of plates from the DMV etc. I did finance part of my purchase through Porsche Financial Services and that too was handled quickly and professionally. I'd also give the showroom 5 stars, it's like a mini Porsche museum. Highly recommended.

I’m reminded of the great customer service we received from this dealer because we just had a terrible service experience with another dealer closer to home this week. I wish we lived closer, so that we could go to Longo for all our service needs =[ This review is from January 2025: Disclaimer: This review will be long lol. I want to give a shout out to Shawn Castillo (Digital Sales Manager) who assisted us with our sales transaction, as well as Pierce and Luca! I called and emailed dozens of dealerships within a 50-mile radius to me, and because of Shawn—my husband and I purchased from Longo Toyota, instead of the other dealers much closer to us. We didn't actually meet Shawn in person—all communication was through email and phone. The digital age has truly changed the way people purchase vehicles now. Shawn was incredibly helpful. He answered all my questions (I had many) and explained everything clearly. Shawn was kind and understanding, and took the time to sell me a car that was up to my husband's standards for the price my husband was willing to pay. My husband and I were apprehensive purchasing a car (brand new) that we hadn't actually driven (although we test drove an identical car at a dealership closer to home). The car, however, was brand new and Shawn was an excellent communicator, so it helped ease our worries. Pierce and Luca delivered (earlier than originally scheduled, mind you, which was great!) our car right to our door (no extra delivery fee). They both took the time to clearly explain and demonstrate all the features. They were both very kind and informative, just like Shawn. I wish Longo Toyota was closer to us, so that we could get our regular maintenance services done there. However, with two small children it's just not convenient for us to do so. BUT we will definitely be back to tint our new Prius, since we were informed by Luca and Pierce that Longo provides professional tinting at the dealership. Thank you again to Shawn, Pierce, and Luca! You three have made car-buying a much more pleasant experience than I ever thought it could be.
