Fullerton Ford's Service Department is wonderful - they are the best in OC! We recently returned from a long road trip and had our service light come on. Art Bravo helped us with a complete vehicle inspection and noted we needed a new battery (t had a good run since 2018). He also discovered our rear breaks and rotors needed replacement. I was expecting high dealership repair prices. We did call and check with competitors and Fullerton Ford had the VERY BEST prices. Plus, they will take you to\from the dealership for service. Could not have asked for more clear, concise, and helpful staff, than the ones at Frontier Ford. Khalid is an absolute gem, and a professional. I am a member of the Armed Services, and his customer service is beyond top notch. I now have purchased my "first" (from a dealership, not marketplace) car; and even though I wasn't there to buy a big ticket item, like a new car off the lot, I was treated excellently, and am more than ecstatic with my 2014 Ford Fusion. I would recommend to anyone looking at purchasing a vehicle in the Bay Area, used or new, to check out this dealership-- and speak with the staff, drive some of the cars. I promise you even if you don't end up purchasing a car, being on their lot will be a breath of fresh air compared to other dealers. Another thing I would like to mention is how competitive the pricing was for the year and make/model of car I purchased. Anything else like it was another 2k including taxes and fees, and the other cars were in worse condition (multiple owners, accidents, open recalls). The vehicle I purchased was competitively priced, with 1 owner, alongside a detailed service record from when it first came off the lot till it was serviced at the dealership in lieu of it being up for sale. I have brought both my vehicle and our daughter’s vehicle to this dealership for service. Faisal has been so helpful and informative, especially regarding the repairs on my daughter’s vehicle. She is a young adult who has just started living on her own so she doesn’t have extra money for car repairs and maintenance. We do what maintenance we can for her at home. But Faisal was instrumental in getting more significant issues fixed for her that were covered under her car warranty, which we didn’t even know still existed on her 2017 Volt. Very helpful!
