I did not have a prior appointment on Monday, February 9th, but got into a jam due to my battery going dead due to the brutal cold weather we had. After road service gave me a boost, I called and asked it I could run up to get a new battery. The service writer was very helpful and told me to head up. Long story short, she got me right in when I got there, and I was all set within an hour. I have been using Lombard Ford for several years, both in purchasing new vehicles, as well as service, and have NEVER once had a bad experience. Kyle Greenberg is great. While there, I also talked with Barbara in the office, who's always very friendly. While in the waiting room, I also had a good conversation with the guy who works part time there, driving the shuttle for customers. He's a hot xxxx! I also encountered the big boss, Rob Lombard, who always takes the time to say hello. So, needless to say, I think I've said it all. Great people at Lombard Ford, from the top down.
