He took extra effort to show me the condition of the car prior to the trip to the dealership. he was very honest with me and answered all my questions and send me detailed pictures of the car. I didn't sleep well last night! Every time I fell asleep I started dreaming I had brought a new SUV. Then I'd wake and go look in my driveway: WHOA! THERE IT WAS! A BEAUTIFUL JEEP CHEROKEE! I had fallen in love with this vehicle when I visited the dealership on Thursday, December 28, 2017; however when i inquired I found the vehicle was not affordable. However the gang here worked with me and by Saturday night I owned this vehicle! I can't thank you guys enough! Art Hoffman's patience, kindness and competence are unmatched. Paul's (used sales manger) knowledge and willingness to go the extra yard to get the done made the numbers work, and David' (the finance guy) ability to expeditiously handle the closing paperwork on a Saturday at closing time was incredible. I have been looking for a SUV for 7 months and I can say that these guys honesty and professionalism is unmatched. I recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle give these guys a call. I accidentally sent my appointment with the other side and Troy took the time to squeeze me in. He also got me a shuttle home. So even though I didn't have an appointment on his side I still got my oil and tires rotated,high speed balanced, and shuttled home. The service was as fast as if I had an appointment.

I recently purchased a 2018 Kia Optima SX Turbo and I love it!!! I was first greeted by Anita when I inquired on the vehicle through TrueCar. She is VERY welcoming, knowledgeable, fun and understanding. She takes the time to listen and answer all your questions and concerns as well as point out a few things you may not have thought of to ensure that the car you want to look at is available.
When I arrived at at the dealership to meet Anita for my scheduled appointment, she greeted me with a hug and a smile asking how my day was. When I realized I interrupted her lunch *sad face* I told her I can come back, but she didn’t mind and insisted that things were ok.
Anita then introduced me to my sales rep Alvaro Priano, an AMAZING GUY!!! Alvaro is the sweetest car salesman I ever met, knowledgeable, honest and a man of his word that goes above and beyond to ensure you are comfortable with the car you want.
I test drove 3 cars and Alvaro made me feel comfortable like a friendship of 10 years even though we just met. He does not apply any pressure on your vehicle of choice but suggest that you take your time to ensure you are comfortable with your future purchase making sure you have everything you want in a vehicle.
Once I decided, the vehicle I wanted was not on the lot so he personally ordered the vehicle I wanted from another dealership and had it towed by flatbed so no extra miles were added. He also, detailed the vehicle and kept in constant communication with me on the status of my vehicle until I picked it up (he offered to deliver it to me at my home but I wanted to drive it, *smile*).
My experience at Miami Lakes Kia was an awesome one from internet inquiry, to sales and then finance which was an extremely easy process. This finance process was so simple that I didn’t mind being there for 5 hours.

My husband and I were headed out to just "look" at the Jeeps. We decided that our next vehicle was going to include 4x4 due to our vacations we have been planning for our family.
When we walked in, John Altman greeted us and had us come and sit down in his office. My husband, Brian, talked with John and explained that we do not want anything "fancy" and no "bells and whistles" due to previous cars we owned that had electronic issues. John went through the inventory and was able to locate some Jeeps that our family was interested in. John brought us out a Jeep Grand Cherokee for us to look at and test drive. It was a silver Grand Cherokee Laredo 4x4 with the basics. (Everything we were both looking for.) John let us take it on a test drive with him. I loved the roomy back seats and how high the vehicle sat above the road. Brian drove the Jeep first and then I drove it back to the dealership. We both really enjoyed how it rode and the comfort of the vehicle.
When we got back to the dealership and John's office, he was able to located the Advantage Affiliate Rewards program due to Brian and I both being employees of Anheuser-Busch. John was very helpful and knowledgeable on the products that he sells as well as the programs Jeep/Doge/Chrysler . With that being said, it was a done deal. :) We drove home in our new 2018 Grand Cherokee Laredo on that rainy, cold Thursday.

I have dealt with several dealerships in the past. This has by far been the best experience I have had. Starting with the initial contact by phone , Michelle was helpful and polite and quickly scheduled an appointment. When I arrived, the car I was interested in was waiting there for me to see and test drive. The salesman Jim Jolly met me outside and was very courteous,friendly and knowledgeable. He didn't have have that same pushiness that I've found at other dealerships. Jim was personable and I felt like he genuinely cared about getting me a deal I would be happy with. Even dealing with the finance guy(whose name escapes me) was a good experience. At the end of the day, it was the smoothest car buying experience I've had. I drove away with the exact car I wanted, at a price I felt was good.

just bought a new 2017 Rubicon Jeep. Was treated like family, and NOT a "customer". Very happy with dealership and Dan Reese salesman. Returned a week later with service question, they immediately got me in, questions answered, away I went. Didn't have to wait at all. Everyone was very helpful and I would recommend dealership to everyone. Dan Reese was a new salesman at the dealership, and what he didn't know, he immediately found answers to. Jaret was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would have given 5 stars but there were a couple of issues that came up. For one, the 2 front tires are bald and were not replaced. Then when I was given the overall price it was larger than the price listed on TrueCar. When I brought that to their attention they took away the offer to get new tires because they said that “they had already given me a discount with the new price”. But I was only there because of that TrueCar price so perks should have come from that price.

I have called 2 times today and both time sat on hold for over 10 min waiting for someone to just make me an apt.
The entire time I am on hold having to hear the recording how they treat you like family................. Very poor customer service when it comes to talking to some one in service. Poor Carol at the switch board paged at least 6 times for some one in service to take a call and nothing.
