In other words, if you buy a Maybach or S Class they bend over backwards to take care of your needs but under $20 thousand you can't get a timely respectful call back about requested information like a service appointment. xxxx shame.

The A service on this vehicle should have taken a couple of hours. Instead, the dealer could not perform this service in a full day (brought the car in for a 10 AM appointment). I could not pick up the car until the next day. Yes, I had a loaner, but it was still inconvenient to have an A service take two days, especially since the appointment was made weeks in advance, and I had planned for the car to be ready in a few hours.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!! The manager Peter Althoff has the worst customer service and does not care about his buyers. Check Engine light came on a FEW HOURS after purchasing a MB vehicle from them for over $35k!! Brought it to local Mercedes’ dealer. They did an inspection and found the problem which ended up including replacing both fuel pumps on vehicle!! Thank God for the elite warranty otherwise that would have cost a few thousand dollars. I WILL NEVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALER SPECIFICALLY ! I WOULD LOVE TO RETURN THE VEHICLE but they will not take it back

Recently purchased a beautiful car from Mercedes’ to find out that the car has an issue. The transmission is gone and I have been waiting since 07/15 for a resolution. The car can’t be fixed however to my surprise this morning the car is available on 08/06 for sale. While all associates are very professional and nice something is not right here. They are trying to locate me a different CLS which I appreciate however something is very weird here. Please see car fax and the vin on my insurance card. Wow can’t attach pic here.

I purchased a used 2019 Mercedes-Benz E 53 AMG on 3/21/22. At the time of delivery the dealer only had 1 keyless transmitter. I was told by the salesperson that another would be ordered. It's now almost 5 months and I still do not have the 2nd key and the salesperson does not even respond to my emails. Horrible experience - stay away.

Be veryyyyyyyy careful of any promises they (management) make to you in regard to fees being waived...even if they put it in writing that you will not be charged something...watch very carefully and review everything and save all communication about financing and deals. I have been going back and forth with management at Mercedes of Tampa for FOUR months about $799 they charged me even though a manager stated I would not be charged the fee for my car lease buyout AND the fee sheet from them shows the $799 would be taken off and credited once I went financing...they still charged me the fee. I have emailed multiple managers Nicholas Masky and Jacob Romp) countless times and talked to one of many managers on the phone and they have gone silent and stopped replying to my emails. The sad part is I have referred a lot of friends and family to this dealership and they have 100% burned that bridge...plenty of other dealerships out there.
