Great service, however VW needs to address this issue on the Jettas blown daytime running lights. Too many Jettas driving around with blown bulbs. This is an apparent issue and it should be a recall. Both my bulbs blew out within 2 years of purchasing a brand new Jetta.

Made appointment via email 4 days prior and received a quick confirmation soon after. Dropped Passat before they opened and got a call shortly after they opened from Austin. He reviewed what service was needed answered my concerns about a few other items.
As promised, Austin text me with an itemized list of what the prices were for each item we discussed. I text him back with my choices and also with a request from me to possibly have all work completed by 3 PM that day. Austin text back that he'd tell technician about my request and he saw no problem getting it done.
A few hours prior to me picking up vehicle, Austin called to inform me vehicle was ready.
Picking up vehicle went smooth with a detailed explanation by Austin for all work done.
Austin was professional and left decisions to do work up to me without any pressure.
Will highly recommend Austin and will call him for next service appointment.

So my buying experience at Norm Reeves Honda/Volkswagon was excellent and I went for the first time yesterday for an oil change and a 90-point inspection where they not only rotated my tires but also washed my car too The whole thing took about an hour and everybody there was courteous and excellent to deal with.

Worst service department negative stars if I could, starting from the service manager Vasile, Grody and Drew, service writers. No people skills. Good luck trying to get anyone on the phone. I had Drew's cell phone number and texted him he said he was not in and when I showed up, guess who was at his desk. Dishonest and condescending. Grody should do something else instead of dealing with customers.

A week & a half to get a battery replaced - Detector25
Called the dealership today, because my 2 year & 11 month battery (purchased new with the car) completely died. I was told it was out of 3 year warranty, because it was over mileage. Okay fine, no warranty. I was quoted about $175 for the battery and $60 to install it. Yikes! That's right! Then when I started checking around theirs was the best price, believe it or not. FYI, the battery requires "professional installation," so just anyone can't put it in. So, when I called back to schedule to get it in JUST TO REPLACE THE BATTERY, I was told the soonest would be August 8th. Unbelievable! A week and a half to get a new battery purchased and installed. Can you imagine? I guess I should carry a set of jumper cables around in my back pocket and the car oozing battery acid for 11 days, until they can find the time to get me in for a simple BATTERY REPLACEMENT. Come on. Unfortunately, I am being compelled to go get a $290 replacement (battery & install) from another dealership, who could actually get me in, in less than 24 hours. Oh, and they had the decency to tell me about a coupon that knock the price down closer to this dealership.

I booked a 9:30 a.m. service appointment on-line a week in advance. The car issue reported was a humming sound coming from front wheels. I brought the in at the appointed time, checked in, and took the dealer shuttle home to await word on the problem. I heard nothing from the Service Dept. all day. The next day, I again waited for a call. At 3:30 p.m. I received a call stating that they had been "backed up" in service, but the problem had been diagnosed as front tires. I agreed to replacing all 4 tires and alignment. I heard nothing more that day. The third day I waited all day for a call. Finally I called around 5 p.m. for a status report. The Service Rep. said the car on the alignment rack and would be ready shortly. He they didn't get the tires needed until that afternoon. So, I was without a car for 3 full days for a tire change. This dealer needs to inform customers of the status of repairs in a timely fashion, including any delays. The only reason I rated them 2 stars is they did fix the reported problem, otherwise my experience was totally '1-star.' I will never have my VW serviced at this dealer again.

I brought in the Atlas I purchased from O’Steen because my dash had an error message due to one of the sensors being out of alignment. The reached out to VW on my behalf to get this taken care of under warranty and VW denied it. O’Steen took the matter in to their own hands and fixed the vehicle and got us back on the road and told us that their goal was to stand behind the product they sold us and the would work out the details directly with VW. Thank you Allen and all of the VW team for keeping us on the road as your first priority!
