So many dealerships to service Honda's but Sports Honda is top tier. They have some of the best service providers in the DMV. On the recent visit had a emergency that needed to be fixed. Another company NTB lost my tire lock key which was a a lock several companies never seen before. Took it to Sports Honda and they sent it to an expert who took two days to get the locks off. When I say Im a customer for life. Not just because if this it's pass service with them. This is my third car purchased from them always excellent service.

Furthermore she was extremely friendly and kind , making the whole purchasing experience a rather pleasant one. Maia was helpful with information about my new car AFTER the purchase: offering to help me with tags transfer and going so far as delivering my new car to me the same afternoon, which solved some transportation issues. Can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience at Jim Coleman. They were polite and easy to deal with. Luis Cortes showed me quite a few Rav 4’s but they didn’t have a silver one so he drove 60 miles to another dealership to get me the car I wanted. Even weeks after when I had some questions, they were very helpful. I drove from Harford County to Bethesda to buy my car and it was worth it.

I’ve bought 2 Subaru's here and had stress free experiences. I get all my mechanical work done here and both cars are still on the road. (My mom bought my old one.) The service advisors are all friendly and knowledgeable about mechanics of the cars and they work closely with the people who actually provide the services. Prices are a little steep but they do stand by their work. If something isn’t done right they fix it and if it’s their fault you don’t pay a penny more. I highly recommend this dealership, for buying and maintaining your Subaru.

The experience was most satisfying, in spite of the long drive, and we are quick to attribute that judgement to Junaid Mustafa who facilitated the operation. He was a most welcoming and personable sales associate and we enjoyed spending time with him. Junaid took the time to offer critical and useful information on the car we were buying and his patience while directing me during a test drive was beyond the pale. I should point out that he reached out to us before our visit and has followed up since we have returned home with our vehicle. He is a fine model for the Catonsville dealership.

I have purchased from Mike Curay before and asked for him for this purchase. The only downside is the long time it is taking for the dealership to process the Title and Registration Documents. It has been 41 days, and the documents have yet to be processed.
