My experience was great! Buying a new car can be stressful. Chris was in constant communication with me throughout the entire process and made me feel comfortable and confident. Kevin was efficient and answered all of my questions about the paperwork and final purchase. I did a good deal of research before making my decision and it paid off! It was well worth the out-of-state trip to get there and drive home in a 2025 VW Tiguan SEL R-line. I highly recommend Antwerpen Volkswagen! It is a gem!

I received a text from Dasia Morrison Friday morning about bringing my Compass in for a trade in. At the time I was in the middle of refinancing my monthly payment but I thought what the heck? I can’t lose either way. I made my way down, greeted as always when I walk into the place (thank you Kathy for getting the process started). Met Dasia Morrison and with her help along with Howie the sales manager and Umar we took a crack at the best option I could walk out with. It was a long day but they didn’t give up on me. I ended up with a 2025 Jeep Wrangler, a vehicle I’ve always wanted. I will be back to this same dealership again in the future and god willing the same people will be there. Thank you Team Ourisman! I was nervous about buying a used luxury car since they're notorious for being pricey to repair. They offered a warranty that I could bundle in with my loan which gave me peace of mind. Once I signed the paperwork my shiny new car was ready to come home with me! I highly recommend National Motors for anyone shopping for a used car!

I had a great experience with David Williams at Ourisman Kia Bethesda recently when buying a used Ioniq. He was extremely straightforward, helpful, and great to work with. Highly recommend. Best car buying experience in decades. There was none of the usual (lousy) back and forth, playing games; everything was straightforward with no surprises, no hidden fees, no bait and switch like I've seen at other dealers. I greatly value that. I started on their website looking at one particular vehicle and David answered on chat when I indicated an interest. Before I got too invested he volunteered that there was minor damage on the vehicle that didn't show on pictures. Other dealers would have not said anything and let me come in (a decent drive away) to try to sell me on something else, but David didn't do that bait and switch so I really appreciated that. He had other similar vehicles in stock so I decided to come on in anyways. When I arrived, the vehicle was not only already ready to go, they had put it through their detailing process right before I arrived. David encouraged me to take a longer test drive, and I was able to get a feel for the vehicle in a low pressure situation. He drove with me on my request and was very patient in answering my questions about the car and the dealership. We worked together to find a good deal that benefited both of us and I walked away very happy; I hope David and Ourisman did too. I really appreciate that when we finally started talking numbers, there wasn't that constant back and forth "let me bring it to my manager" dance. It was a very fast turnaround on price negotiation and I'm glad we didn't have any wasted time. Finalizing the deal went smoothly without problems. We've had the car now for a week and it's been great. As I said it's been one of the best buying experiences I've had. A+, highly recommend, would go again.
