Duron was patient and kind and helped figure out financial package that we didn't understand. Jordan set up our cell phones in the vehicle. We realize we have to use the technology to really understand it but I am very intimidated by it all and alarmed that so much learning is done on the screen. Both Duron and Jordon were very friendly and receptive to letting us call with questions. My husband and I both realize we should probably have had one of our children help us make such a big purchase.

Milan was great and easy to work with. We initially went to test drive a 2026 GV70 and determined it did not meet our needs. We asked to drive a GV80 and he pointed out there were some 2025 vehicles available and we drove it and loved it except for the exceptionally large screen. Milan worked to get us a max discount of $12k. annd even got us some extras. After some additional thought we decided not to purchase at this time. However, when we do decide to buy, Milan will be our go to person. If you want to buy a Genesis, you will want Milan to be your sales representative… very polite, professional and knowledgeable about the product. We never felt any pressure to buy. The dealership is exceptional and compared to the other local dealerships that sell the Genesis, you want to go to this one hands down. Overall a very pleasant experience.
