He was extremely personable, “non-pushy” towards purchasing a new vehicle, and was very patient with me. Explained to me the options I had and how to go about building my own. When I put the order in, he would communicate with me on the update on the build and delivery. Finally, the day came to make a deal and he was extremely patient and worked WITH me on achieving MY deal. Process went smooth and left there with a brand new Escalade. Very happy!
