I’ve purchased several vehicles from Findlay Cadillac over the years and have also brought multiple vehicles there for service. Overall, I’ve had good experiences with both the sales team and the service department. The reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is their loaner vehicle availability. Before the pandemic, I could typically bring my vehicle in for service without an appointment and receive a loaner with no issues. Since then, the number of available loaners seems to have been significantly reduced, making it much more difficult to get one when my vehicle needs service. In fact, loaner availability was one of the main reasons I decided to purchase a Mercedes-Benz for my personal vehicle, as my local Mercedes dealership consistently has plenty of loaner cars available during service appointments. That said, I still own my Escalade and plan to continue having it serviced at Findlay Cadillac because I’ve been happy with the dealership overall. If they could improve their loaner program, I would gladly give them five stars.

I had an excellent experience with Alix V at Cadillac of Las Vegas. Alix worked hard to get me into the exact vehicle I wanted within a very short amount of time. I felt like Cadillac was able to work with me and provided a deal that I was comfortable with, especially compared to other dealerships. Alix was available 24/7, both before and after my purchase to answer any and all questions that I had throughout the buying process. My wait for finance on signing day was definitely longer than expected, but otherwise I had an overall great experience at Cadillac. I would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle and service.
