I want to emphasize that Empire Toyota of Huntington provides truly outstanding and remarkable service. My first experience was last year when I went in for my initial inspection. I was attended to immediately, and the service advisor was professional, respectful, courteous, and accommodating. She even let me know that I could stop by anytime for service. Yesterday, I called to schedule my 10,000-mile service. The front desk staff was just as professional, respectful, and polite, offering flexible scheduling and assuring me they would accommodate my needs. Today, I called to reschedule my appointment from 2:00 PM to 11:00 AM, and once again, I received the same exceptional level of service from Jasmine. She had no problem adjusting to my change in schedule. When I arrived, the service advisor Mayreli Ventura was outstanding and took the time to explain everything in detail. Hello, We are writing to express our appreciation to Bob Johnson Toyota in Rochester NY for their absolutely outstanding customer service! We recently flew from Minneapolis MN to purchase a Dodge Charger from Bob Johnson Toyota in Rochester NY to drive home to MN. It’s concerning to buy a vehicle online, especially when investing airline tickets and a hotel stay into the cost. Of particular note was our sales consultant; Yehuda Shapira. He crawled all over the vehicle to send us video of every angle, he made last minute changes to our scheduled appointments when our flight was delayed due to mechanical problems, and then delayed again due to weather. Yehuda answered every call or text message we sent immediately- even when the dealership was closed. The vehicle we purchased was exactly as advertised, and thanks to the dealership’s expertise, closing the sale was fast and efficient. The vehicle had been through an inspection, but in the middle of a sunny day, no one thought to recheck the headlights. We followed Yehuda’s directions to see Niagara Falls before driving towards MN… it wasn’t until leaving Niagara late on Saturday night that we discovered our driver’s side headlight wasn’t working. We texted Yehuda long after regular business hours just to make him aware. He replied right away advising us to bring the vehicle to our nearest Dodge dealership, and make him aware of anything found by the technician. The headlight worked intermittently during our drive home. We brought it to our local Dodge dealer in MN who diagnosed a fuse that required replacement; we paid $132.00 for the repair, and informed Yehuda per his request. Shortly thereafter, we received a check from Bob Johnson Toyota reimbursing us the $132.00 repair. Now THAT’s Customer Service!! Ironically, I sat next to a woman on our flight to NY who advised she had ‘bought my last three cars from a Bob Johnson dealership- they’re great!’ We absolutely agree!! Our thanks to Yehuda for being so wonderfully responsive, and to Bob Johnson Toyota for really going above and beyond to provide such an exceptional customer service experience… it was so appreciated!! He first helped me purchase my 2019 Camry XSE in 2020, then assisted my friend with her brand-new Venza in 2022. Last week, he helped me get into my 2026 RAV4 Hybrid XSE — and I absolutely love it. Ralston is knowledgeable, patient, and never applies pressure. For months leading up to my purchase, he kept me informed about RAV4 availability and upcoming inventory. As soon as new models arrived, he called me so I could get a first look. He kept his word. He showed me the 2026 Woodland, but knew I had my heart set on the all-black XSE — and made it happen smoothly. He even made sure my all-weather mats were included when they weren’t initially in the vehicle. If you want an honest, professional, no-pressure Toyota buying experience, ask for Ralston Dunn.
