Bought a 2023 Pacifica there yesterday. Shana our sales person was absolutely great. However my only disappointment was the rear camera is totally blurred out and you can't make anything out at all. Now I have to spend a couple hundred dollars to have it repaired, when it should have been done by them in the first place. You would think they want to make the car right before it goes for sale. In my opinion this is a safety concern.

We haven’t had much luck with the MB dealers in our area so we called Barry. He sent us videos on several models. He helped us pick the best car for our needs. He had the car delivered to us in an enclosed carrier. I was more than impressed with the car. I absolutely love it!!! Everything was as he described. Barry is now my go to guy! We dropped off the car on a Thursday night and our appointment wasn’t till 10 on Friday and by 7:30 in the morning they were calling us and telling us what was wrong with it and how long it would take to fix it and we picked it up I can’t remember probably about two or 3 PM that day best service ever and also the best service people ever.
