Bought a 2023 Pacifica there yesterday. Shana our sales person was absolutely great. However my only disappointment was the rear camera is totally blurred out and you can't make anything out at all. Now I have to spend a couple hundred dollars to have it repaired, when it should have been done by them in the first place. You would think they want to make the car right before it goes for sale. In my opinion this is a safety concern.

While this was not my first experience purchasing a vehicle from out of state, via an online process, the entire experience with MB of North Olmstead was even smoother than other dealerships.
