I had a wonderful experience at the dealership! Pete was friendly, helpful, and made the process feel easy from start to finish. I am not the easiest customer. But he answered my questions and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a car! I plan to be back on a future lease.

We leased a new Equinox yesterday. - Dini

We leased a new Equinox yesterday. Tom Craig was our consultant. We are seniors and have cell phones but we don't live by them like most everybody of today. I only even have mine on when away from the house, Tom did EVERYTHING for us! He took my phone for awhile and when he came back the new car was all hooked up and connected to whatever needed connecting. And he just kept smiling and assuring us that it was no problem. He was just delightful. This is our second vehicle from Lavery. The folks are all nice, informed, and fun to work with. Now all we have to do is spend some time screen surfing and getting acclimatized to everything! It'll take a beat but we'll get there! I'm sure we took up way too much of his time with our lack of computer skills, but Tom thought nothing of it.

I am extremely impressed with the customer service I - austinhans50

I am extremely impressed with the customer service I received from Perfect Auto and specifically from Ron. The vehicle that we purchased was a Kia Telluride, which isn’t the typical inventory for this dealership that sells Lamborghinis, Ferraris, Rolls Royces etc.. However, the service we received from Ron was the same as if we were buying one of their cars that cost 20x as much. I would absolutely recommend Perfect Auto and I would definitely do business with them again.

Five Stars for Crown Acura – Exceptional Service and - aspen131313

Five Stars for Crown Acura – Exceptional Service and Unmatched Honesty! I recently had an outstanding experience at Crown Acura and highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-tier vehicle service or a stress-free dealership environment. I actually purchased my Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Acura MDX from a different dealer, but before I bought it, I reached out to Chris McGrew, the General Manager at Crown Acura. Because the SUV was originally purchased and serviced at his facility, Chris was able to shed light on its exact history. Even though he knew I was ultimately buying it from another dealership, he took the time to review the records, told me the car was in great condition, and genuinely recommended that I get it. There was absolutely zero pressure from him or his staff to change my mind or buy from them instead. When the MDX needed some warranty work completed later on, I brought it straight back to Crown Acura. I was paired with service representative Ashley Rubensaal, who was absolutely great to deal with. She was incredibly thorough in explaining the warranty service that needed to be performed, and she seamlessly arranged a loaner car for me so my day wasn't interrupted. This wasn't my first time at Crown Acura; I have been to this dealership several times before, and the staff is consistently polite, helpful, and never pushy. I would have gladly purchased my MDX directly from them, but they just didn't have the specific year and model combination I was hunting for at the time. On top of the stellar customer service, the facility itself is beautiful, clean, and modern. Plus, it is located right off the freeway, making it incredibly convenient and easy to access. If you want a dealership with true integrity, go see Chris, Ashley, and the team!

Overall I had a great experience with alpha gmc of - N.Shabazz

Overall I had a great experience with alpha gmc of Mansfield. Due to the frame of my previous vehicle, it was too dangerous for me to get back on the road. Safety should always come first! Therefore, i made a recent purchase! A special thanks to Olivia Harper! She’s very easy to talk to and will give you all the guidance you need to make your next purchase. If you don’t know the condition of the frame of your vehicle, don’t hesitate to stop in and have the alpha team assist you. It was a pleasure working with Olivia Harper and the alpha GMC team. I truly appreciate the support and assistance during my recent visit. Thanks again!
