Took my truck in for an oil change and a day or so later noticed oil on the drive. Was able to get in first thing, they looked at it and explained the issue... it was a design change and even the person that did the initial oil change cane out and told be about it and took ownership of not getting all the old oil wiped up. I am 100% happy with the service.

I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee in because it was indicating to "Service the Air Suspension System". I called on Monday morning and they were able to get me in in the afternoon. And we changed the cooling fluid. Everything was fine when I left. However, just today I got the same service message. It flashed several times. Then it went off and has not come back on,.

Germain Subaru of Columbus gets 5 stars from me! Justin, the sales associate, went with me on my test drive,(I didn't know my way around Columbus), and he made me feel extremely comfortable. I test drove Foresters on 5 different lots that day and Justin was the only one that answered all my questions and even gave me information about things I hadn't even thought about asking. He was the only sales rep that put up the hood for me to check out the motor. Car buying can be extremely stressful, especially for a woman, but Justin and Larry made the whole ordeal painless! I've already recommended Germain Subaru of Columbus to two of my friends and when or if I need another Subaru I will definitely go back to Germain! Teresa Folk
