I have always loved Robbins Toyota and they sell a great product. Tanya puts the cherry on top! I was suddenly hit with having to purchase a new car . The first minute I talked on phone I knew she was on it! She listened! She quickly showed me the car I needed. She works fast and that is what I needed! So when we first bought our 4Runner we had some issues - Justin

So when we first bought our 4Runner we had some issues with miscommunication that created a lot of frustration. We had bought our vehicle (used) and the heated seats in it were faulty. Thankfully after some calls the salesman, manager, and service team got our vehicle in and not only fixed the issue but corrected it. Again, the communication throughout the repair was not the best but that was because of a clerical error with the phone number. But overall they corrected the issue at hand for free, let us use a rental, apologized, washed the car, cleaned it, and filled up my gas tank. So they definitely corrected the issue and made it right, I know I was not the best customer but appreciate them being hospitable regardless of the previous review. Thank you specifically to Sey for helping us, putting up with us, and correcting the issue for us as well.
