Love that I can schedule online, pull up, leave car, wait in clean waiting room, and get processed quickly with a service member. I do have to say, I’m kind of upset that Toyota-a worldwide company -is charging me a 2% service fee for using my credit card to pay- for realistically what will be a charge over $100 most visits. Most people do not carry a checkbook or pay with debit or cash for an expense like this. I can pay for a cup of coffee without paying a service fee.
