I recently brought my Alfa Romeo Giulia to Boston - David Baldassarre

I recently brought my Alfa Romeo Giulia to Boston Motorsports Alfa Romeo in Brighton for scheduled maintenance, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. My service advisor, Giovanni, was exceptional throughout the entire process. From check-in to pickup, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure I had a great experience. He took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions about the maintenance and long-term care of my vehicle, kept me informed every step of the way, and made the entire visit seamless and stress-free. His communication, attention to detail, and commitment to customer service truly set him apart. I would also like to recognize Seth Wonkka, Service Manager, for his leadership and dedication to delivering a high level of customer satisfaction. It's clear that he has built a service team that takes pride in its work and is committed to providing an exceptional ownership experience. The maintenance was completed efficiently and professionally, and my Giulia was returned in excellent condition. I especially appreciated that the team washed the vehicle before pickup. It was a thoughtful touch that demonstrated their commitment to customer care and left my car looking fantastic when I drove away. Experiences like this are why I continue to trust Boston Motorsports Alfa Romeo in Brighton with my vehicle. Giovanni's professionalism, expertise, and customer-first approach made this one of the best service experiences I've had at any dealership. I highly recommend Giovanni and the entire team at Boston Motorsports Alfa Romeo in Brighton to anyone looking for top-tier service and a dealership that truly values its customers. Sean did an excellent job in getting my 2008 Honda Element back on the road. He made me aware of numerous options, many of them cost-saving, along the way and showed nothing but the highest level of professional along the way. Definitely one of the best in the business when it comes to to trustworthiness too.

Adam and David paid attention to detail in handling my - USERDC

Adam and David paid attention to detail in handling my lease buy out and registration. They are very knowledgable and professional. When I went there to discuss buying, they were straight forward and made things very clear! Have to admit I felt comfortable dealing with them, considering I always have my shields up when going in a car dealership! I been to a number of Car dealerships in my day and they are all nice and accommodating in the beginning and then after the sale, they forget about you. So far dealing with Colonial they are above the rest! I look forward to dealing with Colonial in the future and I'm definitely good for a few more cars down the road. I love Cadillac's and Colonial seems to be a lasting dealership for me!

Salesperson was great~ the negotiating process was fairly - JWH

Salesperson was great~ the negotiating process was fairly smooth and we were pleased with our final price point. My only complaint ( that I feel is all dealerships) is the amount of time spent there. We were done negotiating & we still spent another 2 1/2 hours waiting to leave. Time is a precious commodity & I wish car dealers in general could work on this part of the process ~ Otherwise it was a great experience, I will definitely buy from your IRA Mazda again

Christine helped my husband and me upgrade our Ford three - Wilbeth R

Christine helped my husband and me upgrade our Ford three years ago, and she was honest, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful in finding the best vehicle for our needs. A few weeks ago, when we were ready for another upgrade, Christine reached out to follow up on our current vehicle and let us know about the sale they were having. She worked hard to help us get into a brand-new car while staying within the budget we were comfortable with. We’re so thankful for Christine and truly appreciate her dedication, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. We highly recommend her! ❤️

Bruce went above and beyond for an out of state - Marco

Bruce went above and beyond for an out of state buyer I'm in New Jersey and bought a 2021 F‑150 Lariat PowerBoost from Rodman Ford without ever setting foot in the dealership. Buying out of state comes with extra hurdles, and Bruce did everything he could to help. Since I couldn't see the truck in person, he sent me videos of the truck so I knew exactly what I was getting. He answered every question I had quickly and honestly, even the picky ones, and he was straightforward on price with no games. He also got me the Blue Advantage certification and the full reconditioning repair order. Buying long distance takes a lot of trust, and Bruce earned it. If you're out of state and looking at Rodman Ford, ask for Bruce. I'd buy from him again. Marco Chaffiotte, CEO & Principal of Let's Wire It
