I had an issue with my Volvo when visiting PA. I live in TX. They could not have been more accommodating. Lisa in Service was very nice, keeping me posted as to when they might get to my car. I figured I'd be there all day, but my car's issue was diagnosed, handled and I was on my way home by noon. My 4th Volvo and I've previously had service in NJ, PA, TX, and GA. But to get "walk-in" service and be handled promptly is a real treat. Thanks to Lisa & Ken Pollock Volvo.

He wasn't there to just try and make a sale but he took time to explain all the buttons in the car and how to use the AWD. He was very attentive and would definitely do business with him again. I also left something in my car and he took the time out to call and let me know which was very appreciated being it was sentimental to me. I am very happy with my new 2020 Chevy Equinox.
