The friendly customer service from Lou Sobh Kia of Brunswick, made me so disinterested in what the dealership down the road was even talking about. With Sales service from Leon, Great rates from Tre, and the smoothness of Jake, explaining things well, we would have been foolish not to buy The 2025, Kia Sportage from Lou Sobh Kia of Brunswick. They even offer snacks, coffee, water the other dealership, didn't even have that to offer as far as our eyes could see. The store manager, was pleasant, oh and did I mention, Leon Fantastic and knowledgeable, Tre, friendly and works hard for you to get you to the price you want, if you need it, and Jake, was so patient, smiled through the whole lrocess,,the overall experience, we didn't feel like a number, we felt like family! I told him what my priorities were, my out the door price, and went for a test drive. He explained all the features, let me ask a million questions, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. The color I wanted wasn’t at this location. They got it from Orlando within 2 days, tinted the windows and today I’m driving home in a shiny, beautiful, new 4 wheel dream. I have known Guy for over 10 years and I have purchased 3 cars from his company in a time of need he helped me out a lot by allowing me to do what he calls pick up payments this allowed me to get the car and pay the deposit every two weeks and until paid in full then you start your payments Guy can be hard sometimes but this is his business and sometimes you have to show tough love but if you tell him that there's something wrong with your car he will fix it with no problem I've never had a car that needed anything major oil change, maybe
